einfach ausgestattete Wohnung zum günstigen Preis
Die Wohnung an sich ist schön. Die Ausstattung war allerdings wirklich sehr einfach, alt und abgewohnt. Toaster und Kaffeemaschine gingen kaputt und wurden umgehend durch Gebrauchte ersetzt. Wäre schön, wenn die alten Teflonpfannen mal erneuert würden. Beim Duschen floss die Hälfte des Wassers durch den Duschkopf, die andere durch den Wasserhahn. Auch die Sofas fanden wir sehr unbequem. Andererseits gibt es einen großen Balkon mit schöner Aussicht, einen gepflegten Pool,den wir meist für uns alleine hatten und der Vermieter hat bei Fragen und Problemen sofort reagiert.

Reiniguns- und renovierungsbedürftige Wohnung
Insgesamt haben wir uns dort 4 Wochen wohlgefühlt. Wir konnten uns mit den Mängeln der Wohnung arangieren. Guter Grundriss der Wohnung. Was dringenst durchgeführt werden muss, ist eine Grundreinigung der Böden, Badezimmer, Küchenmöbel, Sofapolster, Fenster usw. Ausgetauscht werden müssten die zwei Sofaeinheiten, da sie durchgesessen sind. Duschvorhang sollte ausgetauscht werden. Schranktüren teilweise in der Küche lose. Reparierungsbedürftig. 4 Fliesen vor der Balkontüre sind lose und gebrochen.
