Sants: Apartment block Sants-Montjuïc Constitució. In the resort, 5 km from the centre, 6 km from the sea. In the house: lift. Public car park at 160 m, extra. Railway station Estació de Sants 1.4 km, underground station L1- Mercat Nou 600 m, sandy beach Barceloneta 6 km. Nearby attractions: Parc Güell 6.2 km, Passeig de Gràcia 3.9 km, Plaça Catalunya 3.9 km, Sagrada Família 5.3 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. The apartment has good transport connections and there are all manner of services in the area. Situated in a well-known district.
A nice property with elevator access and great security. Very well decorated and also very clean. Good size kitchen with almost all amenities. Already left word with owner to check the cutlery. I did clean the cupboard under the sink as it was in a bit of a disarray. Nice TV, however not a single english channel that we could find however that was of little concern as we were out most of the time. Great wireless internet. Table in the living area is nice but it is a little awkward getting around it. Nice comfortable bedrooms. My friend in the other room wished there would have been one large rather than two small duvets. Very nice bathroom although the rainshower was off the brackets. This was mentioned to the owner and should be fixed hopefully for the next occupant. Very close to the metro and best bet is to buy the 10 ticket pass for 9.95 euro. Easy walk to Plaza Espanya. Steps away from a bakery, vegetable store and small supermarket with a few sandwich places dotted around the area however no main restaurants. All and all a very good stay and definitely to be recommended.
