Modern and comfortable 3 room apartment (60sqm) on the 1st floor of a chalet built 1988. Quiet location, not far from the village centre and amenities. Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Garage. 1 minute walk to the ski slope (with a possibility of ski to door) and less than a 10 minutes walk to the train station and the cable car. Tennis court, children's playground, swimming pool and beautiful walks are very all close by. The chalet offers an opportunity to relax in calmness whilst offering a little luxury.The open-plan kitchen features new appliances, including dishwasher and microwave oven, coffee machine ( Nespresso), fondue set, electric kettle. The living room offers a sofa which converts into a conventional bed (for 2 persons), free W-Lan connection and playstation1 as well as DVD/CD/radio/cinema system, satellite TV (flatscreen) with HDTV and chimney. Both bedrooms have a double bed. A baby cot is available. There is a store room for skis and shared use of a washing machine and tumble drier. Two bicycles, two sledges and a table tennis are available to guests free of charge.INCLUSIVE: electricity, heating, water, 1 parking space, W-Lan, bed linen, kitchen and bathroom towels (initial supply), final cleaning and visitor's tax. ***Pets not allowed***
