Cosy 4.5-room flat (approx. 92sqm, parterre) on the raised ground floor of a multi-family house built in 1988, laying slightly higher on the mountain slope, which promises a wonderful prospect. The balcony offers you a view to the Rinderberg. Use the stairs behind the Migros to get fast into the centre of the town (shops, train station and cable car). To avoid stairs, the access of the neighbouring house can be used. Ideal starting point for hiking and skiing.One bedroom with one double bed and one bedroom with two single beds as well as an additional day room. Living room with dining corner, sofa, small table, 2 armchairs and TV. The kitchen is equipped dishwasher, coffee maker, raclette-set, cheese and meat fondue and a blender. 1 bathroom with shower/toilet and 1 bathroom with bathtube/toilet. A spacious store room is available. You can dispose the compost behind the house. Important note: by bookings for 2 persons there will only be 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom at your disposal.INCLUSIVE: electricity, heating, water, parking, bed linen, kitchen- and bathroom towels (initial supply), final cleaning and visitor's tax. ***Pets not allowed***
