You will love my beautiful 3900 square foot home with two king master bedroom suites in Old Town Park City. It's large size and location near Old Town, Main Street, and neighborhood activities make it ideal for families, friends, or small groups. It has a large open kitchen with double ovens and an island cooktop. One large guest bedroom has 3 queen beds with a sitting area with a 50' HDTV. There is a desk with a FAX/Printer, free unlimited calls to USA & Canada and a wireless 25 MBPS internet connection available throughout the home. There is a ping pong table in the heated garage. Relax outside in the new hot tub or by the fireplaces after a day at the ski resorts with Main Street restaurants, shopping, and nightlife all just a short walk away.
For those familiar with Old Town in Park City, our home sits in elevation just above Grappa and the Wasatch Brew Pub (Restaurants on Main Street) both just a five minute walk away. The street location is near the intersection of Hillside Ave and Prospect Street and just off Marsac Avenue which goes up to Silverlake and Empire Lodge in Deer Valley.
Walking down to Main Street and the free Trolley requires only one set of stairs from the Sandridge to Grant Ave just off Main Street.
If you are walking we recommend using a shortcut between Sandridge and Grant Ave (not shown on the map) and don't recommend walking along Hillside in the winter. The Transit Center is near the roundabout along Marsac which is just a little closer to the house. If you do walk from the house to the Town Lift it is a nice walk and all downhill. Uphill at the end of the day you would definitely want to use the trolley but have lots of bars and restaurants along the way.

I purchased this property because of its size and proximity to Main Street. I like being able to walk to all the restaurants and shopping and the feel of living in a village. I also like having a nice newer home with an open floor plan which is great for larger families and small groups.
Walking to Main Street in Old Town Park City which is the main pedestrian, shopping, and dining location in the area. Home is near the new Park City Resort (now connects to Canyons via Gondola) and the Sundance Film Festival activities. Also less than 2 miles from Deer Valley and Silverlake lodges.
I stayed at this wonderful home with 3 couples and 5 other people during ski season. We NEVER felt like we were on top of each other. The space was perfect and was even better were the 2 living room spaces. I highly recommend this location. We drove to the resort due to the tricky location of the house being on a hill but it was never a problem. The walk to main street was very doable!the owner was very easy to reach and assisted with any questions we had. I will certainly keep this place a #1 favorite when traveling back to SLC with a big group. My only issue was the carpet that's in the downstairs bathroom and the occasional circuit tripping downstairs( which the owner made sure we had access to the breaker).
We had a group of 8 people arriving from various locations at various times and everything was ready and available as planned. The house is in excellent condition with good size bedrooms and superb living/dining areas for our group to socialize. As we are also a group which likes to go out in the evening, the location to town was very handy. Only a short walk to a large variety of restaurants and bars. On the occasion we stayed in, the house is well stocked to be able to cook dinner. I must say that this house provided everything we wished for without any complaints. We needed to call the owner for one thing on our first day and it was fixed in the afternoon. Thoroughly recommended.
Our group of ten adults and two toddlers found the house to be perfect for our large group. The five bedrooms gave us a space for each couple and were large enough to accommodate pack-n-plays for the children. A pack-n- play and a child’s booster seat are provided for your use. There were two separate living areas, so there was room for all of us to spread out and space for the little guys to play, and a large dining table seated 10. Our family likes to cook, and without a doubt, the stainless steel gourmet kitchen was the best equipped we have ever had in a rental unit. It was well stocked with large cookware, making it easy to cook for our group of twelve. Dishes, silverware, and glassware were plentiful, the well-stocked spice drawer was a nice surprise, and there was even a large Kitchenaid mixer if you were so inclined. Towels and blankets were plentiful, and there is an oversized laundry if you needed to run a load. The garage was large enough to accommodate our full-size pick-up truck and a Jeep SUV, and there was plenty of room for ski gear storage. The owner, John, was very accommodating to our requests, and he and the property manager were responsive to our needs. Walking to Main St. was not easy as there were considerable stairs to negotiate to and from Main St. Having cars available for transportation is recommended. We are already looking forward to our next trip to Park City and will certainly try to book this house again. It is a great property for a large family with children. There are extra beds for kids in several of the bedrooms.

Our big family really enjoyed our stay in this very large, lovely house, so close to historic Park City - we had plenty of room, and were only a few minutes walk to the best part of town - great for daily walks and shopping, and very close to the ski lifts. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything needed, including plenty of spices and incidentals we were free to use. The lounging and dining areas were wonderful for big, noisy gatherings each evening. Plenty of towels, and very comfortable beds, which is always a relief! The house is also carpeted throughout and well sound-proofed, allowing late sleepers a nice luxury. We ate in, cooking our own meals, except for one night at Purple Sage (great food and service). Also greatly enjoyed the hiking/snowshoeing trails just across the street. The owner and the property manager were very responsive to questions and requests, and we would definitely stay there again.
This home was the perfect way to host a big group vacation. The location is impeccable, just a short walk to Main Street, yet far enough that one can avoid the (Sundance) crowds, if desired. The homeowner was helpful and responsive to every inquiry. Everything was perfectly clean and well-stocked. And the home itself was the best rental I've stayed in. The fit and finish is gorgeous, and the appliances are high-end, more like a home and less like a rental. The layout is perfect, with plenty of common space and spacious bedrooms that are far enough from the central living areas to feel private. And unlike many rentals, the kitchen was extremely well-appointed, with enough cookware, dishware, etc. to actually handle the number of people staying in the house (we did a lot of group meals in).
I can't recommend it highly enough and hope to stay here again on my next trip to Park City!
