Small, child friendly, cosy holiday development "Alpendorf". 1 km from the centre of Stumm, on the outskirts, 2 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, in a quiet, sunny position, 5 km from the lake, 1.7 km from the skiing area, in the countryside. Alpenhüttenambiente

Innen und außen sehr schönes Holzhaus. Gute Aufteilung, viel Platz. Schöner großer Aufenthaltsraum, Sofa leider fleckig, nicht so einladend. Mit darüber gelegten Decken dann okay. Kommunikation mit den Zuständigen vor Ort sehr angenehm.

Das Haus war im großen und ganzen in Ordnung . Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können .Überall Spinnen und Spinnweben . Für ältere Personen könnten mal ein paar neue Gartenstühle angeschafft werden .Sonst war alles gut .

Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub, auch das Haus war ok, jedoch sind einzelne Elemente der Einrichtung derart abgewohnt und verschlissen, dass es nicht mehr ok ist. Die Schlafzimmer sind klein, aber gemütlich, die Betten bequem und die Bettwäsche sauber. Gut ist, dass man zwei Badezimmer und zwei davon getrennte Toiletten hat. Das ist bei so vielen Urlaubern sehr wichtig. Der Duschkopf in dem einen Badezimmer ließ sich leider nicht so feststellen, dass man darunter duschen könnte. Ich denke, das muss man beim Saubermachen feststellen und reparieren bzw. erneuern. Im Wohn-Esszimmer gab es Platz für alle (aber auch nicht mehr, aber das war ja so bekannt und deshalb nicht zu beanstanden). Der Zustand der Sofas allerdings ist schon richtig arg. Auf einem Zettel an der Wand stand "Wir haben uns Mühe mit der Einrichtung gegeben" - das muss aber schon viele Jahre her sein, ebenso wie alle Zettel, die offensichtlich dort schon sehr lange hängen. Auch den Zustand des Geschirrs fanden wir eine Zumutung. Es gab nicht EINEN Becher, der nicht angeschlagen war, ebenso alle Teller und Schüsseln, die einfach oll und abgenutzt waren. Auf den Schneidebrettern möchte man nicht wirklich sein Gemüse oder Obst schneiden. Das hat insgesamt den Urlaubsgenuss etwas getrübt. Zum richtig Wohlfühlen gehört, dass man den Eindruck hat, die Vermieter haben sich ein wenig Mühe gegeben.

Tolles, uriges Haus.

Haus mit Charme, kann aber etwas mehr Pflege gebrauchen. Viele Staubweben, wenig Haken und Ablagen in den Zimmern. Küche ist super ausgestattet, große Sitzecke. Sehr nette Vermietung, Service war klasse. Schöne Ortsrandlage und durch den Tunnel hört man die Bundesstraße kaum. Hunderunde geht auch klar. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.
