This beautiful mountain townhome is located in the heart of Breckenridge, Colorado. It is located close to the Peak 9 Base and only a 5 minute (honest!) walk to the quaint shops and restaurants of historic downtown Breckenridge. The free shuttle bus also stops near the entrance to Village Point (less than a 1/10th of a mile walk).

Surrounded by pine and aspen, this beautifully decorated, luxurious, three level, 1662 square foot townhome was completely renovated in summer 2008. It features three bedrooms, three full baths, new private hot tub installed June 2017, garage, laundry, deck with new Weber gas grill bought summer 2017, fully-equipped kitchen with a Cuisinart, Keurig, and a Kitchen Aid, gas fireplace, 4 flat screen TVs and much, much more...

The master suite and loft area are secluded on the upper level with private bathroom for maximum comfort. A king bed, vaulted ceilings, and 36" TV make this a true retreat. The loft has a desk for those who must work while on vacation.

On the main level, you will find a large dining area with seating for six and additional seating at the wrap around granite bar. The fully-equipped kitchen, which is perfect for entertaining, has a granite breakfast bar and all modern conveniences. The large living room is equipped with a gas fireplace, 46" TV, VCR, CD, and DVD player. The queen-size sleep sofa enhances the sleeping capacity of this home. The living room opens onto the redwood deck with your new hot tub (private - seats 6) and gas grill. The private deck overlooks the peaceful, natural setting and has views of Peak 9.

The lower level contains a second master suite with private bathroom, queen-size bed and TV and DVD. The third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. It also has its own TV and DVD player. Another full bathroom is located on this level, as well as the laundry facility with full size washer and dryer.

This townhome also has a one-car garage with ski storage and an additional parking space for a second vehicle. The walkway to the private front entrance is radiant heated and designed to give that 'mountain retreat' feel you are looking for. Cable TV and WiFi are included for your convenience and pleasure.

In addition to the 5 peaks for which Breckenridge is famous, other world class skiing is within 45 minutes' drive, including Vail, Copper, Keystone, Beaver Creek, Loveland and Arapahoe Basin. Fishing, golf, hiking, rafting, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, road and mountain biking, ice skating and horseback riding make the Breckenridge area a year-around destination.

Home Away From Home!

Our family of 5 enjoyed this beautiful townhome during our Spring Break - March 2018. We travel quite a bit and this home truly impressed us! It was clean, comfortable, convenient and located walking distance to the Village Ski School for our kids as well as a quick mile or so to Main Street. The hot tub was regularly enjoyed by all in our family and the layout of the house was so nice and quiet. The kitchen is equipped with every kind of cooking utensil you may need - and actually, the whole house has everything you need to feel right at home! Our kids cried when we left! We would absolutely come back to this home on our next trip to Breck.

Overall, really great property and experience!

The house was perfect for our group and we had a great experience overall. The only disappointment was that they emptied the hot tub the day we arrived so it wasn't warm enough for us to use until the 2nd day we were there. With us only being there for 3 nights, this was a disappointment to not be able to use it, and not what we'd expected. Other than that though, we really enjoyed our stay and working with Tina was great.

Exactly what we had in mind!

This condo had a great location and we enjoyed our stay very much. We visit Breck every year and proximity to town and the lifts were important to us. Our children did ski school and we could walk to the Village for drop off and pick up which was really nice. The kitchen is well stocked which was appreciated considering we cooked breakfast and dinner every day. There was also extra pillows and blankets in the closet which came in handy because the lower level is much cooler. We would definitely recommend this place and intend on staying again.

The property is beautiful and close to the slopes or town

We had a great time hanging out on the main floor and in the hot tub. There was plenty of room to park our vehicles. Only a block from the free shuttle stop that can take you to the lifts.

Perfect for Families

The condo was perfect for a family gathering. They even had a Christmas tree up for the holidays. It was a perfect location for skiing and walking to town. If you needed to catch a bus the bus stop was literally around the corner. The home was equipped with everything you would need to feel comfortable. Great trip!
