Great place. Great time! Highly recommend!

We had absolutely great time! The house is perfect with everything you need and even more! We will be coming back as the area is great to learn skiing especially for families with young kids.

Beautiful mountain escape close to Vienna

We had a lovely stay in the house in the winter of 2018. We are a family of 4 and we also travelled with a grandmother. The house was perfect for us and had everything we needed for a cozy vacation (the sauna is spectacular). The surroundings are beautiful and you have two ski slopes reachable in 5 minutes by car (beginners - Mariazeller Bürgeralpe and intermediate-to-advance Gemeindealpe). The host, Mr. Anzinger, was kind and helpful and always made us feel at home. We are looking forward to come back and fully recommend the property.

Kleiner Wanderurlaub

Wir hatten das Haus für einen kleinen Wanderurlaub für eine Woche mit vier Erwachsenen gemietet. Das Haus erstreckt sich über drei Stockwerke, KG, EG 1.OG. Im KG befindet sich ein geräumiges Badezimmer mit einer Toilette, großem Waschbecken und einer Doppeldusche. Waschmaschine steht im BZ. Weiterhin die Sauna mit Ruhebereich (zwei Gartenliegen). Hier befindet sich auch durch den Heizungskeller der Zugang zur Terrasse. Diese lässt sich mit den bereitgestellten Möbeln mit vier Personen gut nutzen, für sechs Personen zu klein. Im EG befindet sich die geräumige gut ausgestattete Küche mit ausreichend Kochutensilien, Geschirr und Besteck, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach. Davon abgehend ein weiteres geräumiges Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschbecken und guter Beleuchtung. Weiter befindet sich im EG ein SZ mit einem Doppelbett und Kleiderschrank. Im EG befindet sich auch eine separate Gästetoilette. Im Eingangsbereich ist ein weiterer TV-Platz eingerichtet. Im 1. OG befindet sich das WZ mit Sitzgarnitur und großem Flachbildschirm-TV, Ausblick auf die Gemeindealpe! Im zweiten SZ befindet sich ein Doppelbett sowie ein Etagenbett mit zwei Schlafplätzen, trotz Einbaukleiderschrank Ablagemöglichkeiten hier sehr eingeschränkt. Das Haus ist ordentlich und sauber, Handtücher waren in guter Qualität für vier Personen ausreichend vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist angenehm und problemlos. Das Haus und das Grundstück geben einen frisch modernisierten Eindruck, vieles wirkt neuwertig.

Ruhiges Ferienhaus in schöner Umgebung

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und problemlos. Das Haus ist ruhig (trotz der Mariazeller Bahn, fährt erst ab 09:00h bis zum frühen Abend), ordentlich und geräumig. Wir können das Haus für einen schönen Urlaub empfehlen!
