Hello my name is Angelica Kuster. School and professional education I completed in Germany. After that I left Germany and worked for a german company all arround the world.After comparing all 'the pros and contras' I decided finally to stay as a permanent resident in Mallorca. Till today I say: It was the right desicion for me.

Why Angelica Kuster chose Calvia - Andratx Region

All my apartments are located in the same Buildings. I have lived myself there after acquiring the property for 2 years. For me, the location is ideal! It is fast to the capital town whether by bus or private car. Coming back from excursions you can 'bounce' into the swimmingpool or visit the small beach just in front of the apartment, were you can join a wonderful sunset. Small bars in the area offer entertainment. Santa Ponsa offers an ideal starting point for excursions in all directions of the island to take.

What makes this apartment unique

All apartments are located on the top floor (5th). There are 2 lifts in each building. The apartments are completely renovated. The renovation work was finished in February 2013.

If desired, I also can organise a rental car with exellent conditions for you.
