The luxury villa Aurora for 6 people with 3 bedrooms, separate office, water view (canal) and 2 heated pools (one with separate jacuzzi and a second with south facing countercurrent and lounge area) is located on Marco Island near Naples on Florida's West Coast ), only about 10 minutes walk from the kilometer-long white sand beach (private beach in 5 minutes reachable).

The villa has its own boat dock and boat lift included in the rental price as well as a new 9,30m long motoryacht with 6 beds and air conditioning (Bayliner 300).

The OPTIONAL rental of the boat is subject to the conclusion of a separate rental agreement as well as a German or international boat license or a corresponding captain's license.

In this villa, finished in January 2008, the exclusive island of Marco Island is located in the Gulf of Mexico, with 2 terraces and 2 balconies (B / W and N / W orientation). High-quality furniture, high ceilings with background lighting, fully furnished modern kitchen, additional outside kitchen for barbecuing, 4 Flat Screen TVs, sound system in the house, separate office with DSL connection and fax machine, 2 zones air conditioning, garage for 2 cars and the large plot (approx. 1600 sqm) make this villa a rarity in the rental market on the west coast of Florida.
