Penthouse with 3 terraces and own Jacuzzi overlooking the sea

The apartment is located in the urbanization "Gran Bahia de Marbella". It is a duplex penthouse with 3 large bedroom all have their own bathroom. There are 3 separate terraces and from each one has the ocean view. The terrace adjoining the living room was redecorated in November 2015th

The garden is beautiful and you can use 5 different pools. It has been through the garden with direct access leading to the beach. Therefore, it takes less than 3 minutes walk to the sandy beach.

The apartment has two parking spaces in the garage with a storage room. This is ideal if you are coming from, for example, for playing golf. One can not drive on the highway to reach 3 golf courses within 5 minutes drive.

I have been living and working in Marbella since 1997. I sell and rent Apartments and Villas in the Marbella area. I love it here because enjoy outdoor sports such as golf, Tennis or padel. My Family is also in thie Business and we are happy to be at your disposal for a personal service you can trust.

We manage 5 apartments in the Las Chapas area and are therefore an ideal Partner when it comes to Golf groups of up to 20 people. Most of our apartments have an underground garage with a storage unit for the golf sets. Why Oliver Szöcs chose West Costa del Sol

The owners of the Apartment bought it for their own use and therefore it is furnished and decorated to their taste. The building is relatively new and it was built in a high Standard.

It has everything to give you a perfect Holiday experience. It is very private, but yet close to many restaurants and happening places.

You have the sea views from the terraces all the way to Northafrica and Gibraltar.

It simply has everything that one could possibly ask for.

What makes this apartment unique

The biggest Advantage is that one can be very comfortable even with 6 People, because each bedroom has his en-suite bathroom and there are 3 terraces for sunbathing

The other big Advantage is that one can walk to the beach (about 3 minutes) and even to Marbella centre (about 20 minutes). Golf courses and Shopping malls are also within a very short drive, so basically with one large car it is enough for a bigger group of people.

We absolutely loved this apartment - the photos do not do it justice! It is extremely spacious, with the outdoor living area absolutely spectacular. The neighbourhood is wonderful, and the pools were fantastic. We walked along the beach to Marbella with our 2 children, aged 10 and 6, and it took us a little under an hour. Oliver was a fantastic host, very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

Luxus Familienaufenthalt in bester Umgebung

Wir haben sofort nach der Anreise uns wie zu Hause gefühlt!

Die Anlage ist gut bewacht, man fühlt sich gleich sehr sicher.

Die Wohnung ist einmalig, großzügig, super gepflegt und wunderbar


Ganz besonderes hat uns beeindruckt, wie freundlich wir von Oliver schon im Vorfeld bei der Buchung, als auch nach unserer Ankunft umsorgt wurden!

Er war immer bereit uns zu helfen, was für Fragen und Anliegen wir auch hatten.

Wir bedanken uns zusätzlich für die schöne Bootsfahrt entlang der

Küste, wobei sogar unsere kleine Enkelinnen sich bestens aufgehoben gefühlt haben und sich ziemlich schnell mit Oliver angefreundet haben.

Die Urbanisation mit großer, sehr gepflegter Parkanlage und mit den 5 super Pools kann wirklich nicht schöner sein.

Der Sandstrand ist zu Fuß ganz schnell erreichbar und das Restaurant am Strand ist richtig gut!

Das Essen schmeckt, die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich, wir haben deswegen keine andere Lokale suchen müssen.

Alles in allem wurden unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen!

Es ist kaum vorstellbar etwas vergleichbares zu finden!

Wir werden deswegen ganz sicher hierher zurückkehren, wenn wir an der Costa del Sol Urlaub machen möchten!

Luxusferienwohnung für Urlaub auf höchstem Niveau

Die Wohnung erfüllte unsere hochgesteckten Erwartung vollständig, die Terrassen und aussergewöhnliche Ausblicke bis nach Gibraltar und Afrika übertrafen sie noch. Bestechend war die Lage in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage nahe am Sandstrand in absolut geschützter Umgebung (sowohl die Urbanisation als auch das Objekt selbst war geschützt). Entlang des Sandstrandes konnte man gemütlich bis nach Marbella spazieren.

Die Wohnung war sehr gut und hochwertig eingerichtet und in sehr gepflegtem Zustand. Die Buchung über FeWo-direkt hat problemlos geklappt. Der Vermieter hat sich bei Anreise, während des Aufenthaltes sowie bei Abreise intensiv um uns gekümmert, so daß wir die Wohnung sehr gut weiterempfehlen können.

This apartment is very much on the sandy beach. If you go from the beach to the right, then you are within a few minutes on the Marbella beach promenade to Fus. If you go left then comes one has to offer one of the best restaurants, the Marbella such. B. La Cabana, Los Sardinales. By car you can easily reach Marbella from all Andalusia. Malaga, with its museum, Tarifa with the Surf Paradise, Granada with the Alhambra, Ronda with its sights are all about 1 hour drive. Marbella is the ideal place to make such trips.
