Really we spent wonderful time at the condo. The apartment is beautiful, fully equipped and in very good condition. Club house and pool are also very nice areas to relax. Also the condo is very quiet ideal to rest peacefully. Really i recommend strongly terrace ridge. Good apartment, peaceful area, nice common areas and close to parks (no more than 30 min to Universal)

My experience from renting at Terrace Ridge

This has been ny second year at Terrace Ridge Condo. The is well equipped with everything I need. The location is near all stores, for food shopping and clothes shopping. Close to Disney and other attractions. The condo has 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 spacious bathrooms. You don't need to bring anything but yourselves. The pool is heated, with plenty of lounge chairs. We have made many friends there in the last 2 years. We are looking forward to 2018 and meeting our great friends there. Piero is a terrific owner. Always there to answer any questions you might have. He is a gentleman and very good at communicating with renters. Don't pass up the opportunity to spend a good time at his condo

Great place near to parks

Great place for a family of up to six people. It is at about 20 to 30 minute drive from the parks. I will definitely stay here again when returning to Orlando

Great Value, Great Stay

Piero’s condo was a really good value for our Disney World stay. It is close enough to Disney, yet far enough away that it was a good break from the noise and bustle of the theme parks. Self check in was easy and in our case, necessary because of a late arrival. The bed in the master bedroom wasn’t the most comfortable, but it wasn’t that bad either. Internet was fast and always available.

Good location and nice housing

The location is great. Close to Disney World. The condo is clean, spacious and well mantained. The owner is very helpful and nice. I need to move in a few hours early for some reason and the owner contacted the management company and handled very well.

Decent for the money

The place was kind of old but pretty nice though. Couldn't get the lock box open for the key but was told we can use the code only. They DON'T have wash cloths or face towels so make sure you bring some. Towels are pretty scarce to be using as bath towels and pool towels but the plus is that there's a washing machine and dryer in the condo so you can just wash the clothes and towels when you need to. The beds are so hard and uncomfortable. Couldn't figure out how to work the tv in the queen bedroom or the living room and the tv in the double room was in Spanish so we had to figure out how to do it. There was a giant wet spot in the middle of the floor and didn't dry until the day we left; we were there for 4 days. Appliances are old. I recommend you bring dish soap and dish rags so you can properly wash the dishes. Altogether for the money it was ok, but I would've rather things were better.

My husband and I stayed at this condo for 2 months. We enjoyed our stay there. It is a perfect location. Near all restaurants and not in the middle of traffic. Made many friends there, they will be back next year and so will i. The unit was equipped with everything I needed. I really hated to leave. We felt right at home. Unit was very clean and nicely decorated. The owner is a terrific person to deal with. Thanks Johanna & Joe
