Townhome w/ 3 Bedrooms - 2½ Bathrooms - Sleeps 7, With Free Internet

Our Emerald Island Townhouse has a prime location within the resort, right in front of the heated pool and spa, with plenty of chairs and sun loungers to relax on after a busy day in the parks. Also close by are the tennis courts and a children's play area. The house consists of approximately 1,300 square feet of air conditioned living space on two floors, with en suite master bedroom, family bathroom and two further bedrooms on the top floor. The ground floor consists of kitchen, dining area, lounge, laundry room and a separate toilet.

The Master Bedroom with en suite facilities has a queen size bed, flat screen TV with cable, dressing table and a built in wardrobe, also there are patio doors which lead out to a balcony over looking the heated pool and spa.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, built in wardrobe, dressing table and bedside cabinets plus digital TV. Bedroom 3 has a double bed and a single bunk above. It has a large built in wardrobe, a 4 draw chest and also an extra twin airbed if needed and digital TV.

The Family Bathroom has a bath with shower, toilet, fitted wash basin and plenty of cupboard space. All bedding and towels are provided.

The Kitchen is fully fitted with cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, a waste disposal unit and a large fridge freezer. There is a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, electric tin opener and ample crockery and cutlery. Basically there is everything you can think of from a chopping board to a 10 piece utensil Dining Area has a large table with 6 chairs and there are also 2 kitchen bar stools for extra seating if needed.

The Lounge Area is furnished to the highest quality with a large sofa, a two seat sofa, coffee table and matching furniture. With a 42' flat screen Cable TV, DVD, PlayStation 2 and a radio CD player for your enjoyment. Patio doors lead out to the porch, pool and spar area.

The Laundry Room has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, an upright vacuum cleaner and a dust pan and mop.

There is also a 3rd Toilet downstairs with loads of storage space.

We looked at loads of villas on many different resorts but we just fell in love with Emerald Island, it just had everything, beautiful landscaping, plenty of amenities and a great location, everything you would need to have the most perfect vacation.

What makes this townhome unique

We chose this house because of its distance to the swimming pool and spa and as we were one of the first owners to buy on this phase we picked the best one.

Superb location

Superb location, Owner easy to deal with, great pool, good bed sheets and the weather channel.

Location is definitely the USP for this place. So easy to get to the parks and anything else. Target, Publix and Walmart all close by. Good restaurants almost walking distance.

The owner extremely helpful and attentive, a pleasure to correspond with.

Pool area was good. My son enjoyed it as much as he could between park days.

Beds were good, sheets were also good making it comfortable nights sleep.

A great base for your holiday. will definitely book again (depending on numbers? but would look at the bigger villas at emerald island if we go with more. Great location)

We had a great stay at this property. Mandy was very helpful leading up to our trip with my questions always answered them quickly. Townhome was clean and met all of our expectations I would highly recommend this property. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Very nice place, clean, would stay again.

Check-in process was fairly simple, having guests visit you can be a bit cumbersome as the resort wants to know when they are coming so they can gain access to the grounds (this is said not as a poor point to the owner, more to the resort complex itself). House was immaculate upon arrival, with everything in order, basic toiletries and kitchen needs were in place which was great.

Pool toys located within the laundry room was a nice bonus for the kids to enjoy while in the pool.

Only suggestions to the owners would be baby gates to help secure the steps. Granted we as parents have to be attentive to our children, but that added level of security would be reassuring.

The close proximity to parks and nearby stores and restaurants was also great. Overall it was a great location to enjoy a vacation and would have be happy to stay at this location again.

Convenient and spacious

We had a great 1 week stay at this rental, lots of room for the 4 of us and close to hot tub and pool. The refund of the gate pass is not well organized, as the office was closed when we left in the morning, we had no alternative but to keep the key. Should allow for renters to leave the pass on the counter and reimburse the $10 onto visa? It would be nice to stock the cleaning products a little more as we ran out of pods for the dishwasher too (we ate in every night). It was a nice and clean townhome and we would recommend and stay again.

Location

Car: recommended

Emerald Island Resort is only 1 minute to all the shops and restaurants on the 192 and only 5 minutes to the entrance to Disney World. It really does have the most perfect location. Our house has a prime location within the resort, right in front of the heated pool and spar and there's plenty of chairs and sun loungers to relax on after a busy day in the parks. Also close to our house are the tennis courts and a children's play area.
