Kimberley, BC used to be a quaint mining town. It has now transformed into a premiere vacation getaway. Kimberley offers access to world class down hill skiing at the Kimberley Alpine Resort, a variety of golf courses ranging from challenging to a more leisurely 9 holes, mountain biking in the extensive network of bike trails in the Nature Reserve, a broad selection of cross country trails, great restaurants, pubs, unique shops in the village and spa services.
Getting here has become easier! Cranbrook is now an international airport and flights have easy access to Cranbrook via Vancouver or Calgary hub airports.
KNMC is a luxury, privately owned vacation condo at Northstar Mountain Village and Alpine Club. This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo which sleeps 10 boasts a variety of amenities to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Some of these features are:
*Relax in your own private hot tub while enjoying amazing views of the ski hill. There is a gas bbq on deck.
*Fully equipped kitchen with side by side fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and cooking and serving utensils
*Riverstone gas fireplace for ambiance and warmth
*2 pull out Queen sofa-beds in the living room and 1 double in the second bedroom
*Media/electronics centre equipped with DVD, satellite TV. Internet access through wireless. CD player.
Telephone for local calls.
*The second bedroom/bath is separate to provide privacy. It is equipped with microwave, bar fridge, and TV.
*Each bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub and hairdryer.
*Washer and dryer
*Attached heated garage stall fits a large truck easily. There is ample parking for more vehicles near the garage.
Guests also have access to the Alpine Club at the Northstar Mountain Village. Those services include:
*Outdoor pool and hot tub
*Fitness facilities and spa services
*Outdoor firepit and BBQ area
*On site concierge services
We are able to work with you should you require more space than this unit allows. We know other owners in the building who rent out their units as well.
We live in Saskatchewan and when we are not using this condo we rent it.

We have skied here for many years with all our family and our grandchildren learned to ski here.
Our property is on the ground floor so very accessible. Gorgeous view of mountains from our new hot tub.
We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay in Kimberley!
First of all, it is on the ground floor and so close to the handy & heated garage. Unloading our luggage and groceries was a breeze!
Secondly, we were so pleasantly surprised at the size and cleanliness of the condo. It perfectly accommodated our family of 7, with room to spare! The back bedroom with its own bathroom, TV, fridge and microwave was 'the best ever' for our 2 teenaged kids. The place was spotlessly clean with more than we needed pillows, comforters and towels. The kitchen was spacious with plenty of seemingly brand new dishes, utensils, pots and pans to prepare & serve meals for a family of 7 and more! We even barbequed one night on the deck. And having a washer and dryer in the unit was so very convenient.
Third, there was not a lack of things to do - from soaking on the back deck in the wonderful hot tub to sledding right next to the back deck (we went in the low season, so the ski hill wasn't open yet) to hiking to exploring the beautiful town of Kimberley (so many yummy restaurants!). And if we didn't want to leave the warm & cozy condo, we played games by the fireplace, watched cable TV and enjoyed DVDs.
Finally, the spectacular views and just the quiet serenity of life in the mountains (there were deer grazing right off the back deck!) made this a family trip we'll always remember.

Recently stayed here for the first time on our annual golf trip. Accommodations and local golf courses were excellent. Owner was great to deal with as were the staff on site.
Great condo! Perfect location with an excellent view. We could sit in the hottub and watch one of our kids ski to the bunny hill. Loved the floor plan of the condo. Lots of privacy and room for everyone (perfect for families with teenagers). Huge foyer/mud room to leave all our equipment. Loved that it was on ground floor & didn't have to climb stairs with the ski boots on. Condo itself is very well kept and well stocked with kitchen gadgets. Felt like a great family home. Definitely would love to return any time of the year!
Absolutely love this place. Need to make it an annual visit for sure. We got a big dump of snow on the Friday night so darn near perfect ski conditions for the weekend. We had a little hick up with the hot tub and contacted the owner and she was an extremely huge help and got maintenance to come by and take a look. Beautifully kept condo with a darn near perfect location at the top of the bunny hill. Cannot wait to go back
Our stay was fabulous! The condo was very clean and spacious! We liked the privacy of the second bedroom that also has a pullout sofa bed, mini-fridge and TV. The view of the mountains from the hotub was great! We also enjoyed the large entry for all of our gear, all 6 of us could get our boots and such on at the same time! We enjoyed everything! Thank you!!
