Guests have complete access to all Siesta Breakers property amenities, including a large heated pool, an outdoor shower, 2 tennis courts (night play available on both), clubhouse, and a private beach area (250 feet from the condo), complete with beach lounges, and chairs. The property has paver brick driveways, and parking lot, with reserved covered parking for your vehicle, and a gas barbecues available by the tennis courts. Reservations are accepted on a first-to-confirm booking basis (by e-mail date & time), with all of the required information for a rental agreement.
Until reservation is confirmed, rental rates are subject to change without notice. If you wish to proceed with a reservation, we require your Home Address, Telephone Number, Arrival and Departure Dates, and the Number of Guests (4 persons maximum) information for a rental agreement to be sent by e-mail.
"All-In Price" DISCOUNTED RENTAL RATES include all applicable taxes, parking, utilities (electricity, water, and cable TV), local telephone service, beds made with fresh linens upon arrival, towels, clean-up after departure, rental office reservation set up fees, and a comprehensive arrival confirmation package. There is a refundable security deposit of $300.00 after the return of the unit keys.

For your convenience, you may arrive as early as you like before 4:00 PM on your arrival date, and use the common areas on the Siesta Breakers property (tennis courts, pools, lounges and chairs, private beach area, and restrooms), until you can access Siesta Breakers #603. You may also stay as late as you like after 10:00 AM on your departure date, and use the common areas on the Siesta Breakers property. Just be sure to park your vehicle in one of the visitor parking spots in front of the rental office, and not in the Siesta Breakers #603 reserved parking spot. Your unit key will open the restrooms in the pool area, as well as the tennis court gate, and you will have the access code for the security gates.

This is the 5th stay in this unit over the last 3 years! Of course, we'll be back! The complex is beautiful, the condo is as described - large enough for a small family to have a little space! The walk to the beach is very easy - and Ian (beach attendant) is super helpful! Free chairs & umbrellas is an awesome amenity! The pools & restrooms are clean & nice! It's an easy walk to restaurants, ice cream & shopping. Or, catch a free ride to the village for more options! Vic is easy to work with & prompt with keys & deposit return.
Without a doubt the best value on the Key.

This is our 5th or 6th year staying at Siesta Breakers 603. We love it and look forward to our spring break trip every year. Everything you need for your home away from home is there. The cleaning crew does an amazing job cleaning the condo before you're arrival. The location of Siesta Breakers couldn't get any better. Bars, restaurants, ice cream shopping and even a small grocery store are with in walking distance. The grounds are beautiful and maintained daily. I always feel safe with the locked security gates both at the entrance and at the beach. The owner of this condo is wonderful to work with. I can not say enough about Siesta Breakers 603.
Great condo and location. Would highly recommend this location and unit if you really want to get away! No WiFi within unit, but there are some airwaves to pick up WiFi by the swimming pool. Crescent Beach is more private than Siesta Key Beach and the complex is convenient, gated, and well maintained.
The condo property was really nice. The condo was nice.
The condo was clean and comfortable, it is in a great location with both Venice and Anna Marie within a half hour drive, the beach is excellent and there are beach chairs and loungers supplied by Siesta Breakers.
We also made good use of the pool which has plenty of tables with umbrellas for protection if required.
Victor was very easy to deal with and we hope to make use of his condo again when we return to Siesta Key on our next trip to Florida from the UK
