Built in 1999. Could sleep up to 8 people with a king size bed in master, 2 twin beds in 2nd, 2 bunk beds in 3rd bed/bunk room would be perfect for 2 kids, and queen sleeper sofa in living room. Gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico.

Located near restaurants, beach park, waverunners, kayaks, beach chairs, and umbrellas in the quiet area of East Destin. Less than 150 feet to the private beach and gated dune walkover just across the 2 lane beach road (30 mph) called Scenic Gulf Drive.

Super location for the whole family because it's midway between Silver Sands Designer Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard and the unique shoppes of Sandestin and Destin Commoms for the gals and the fishing charters and the 7 Destin golf courses for the guys, plus the Big Kahuna's Water Park and The Track Amusement Park for the kids, yet away from all the traffic of downtown Destin.

As a Graduate of Indiana State University in 1985 with a Business Administration Degree with an emphasis in Real Estate, Jody began her real estate career in Indiana.. In 1991 she moved to Destin, Florida to work along side her father and Broker, Ray Feiler, to take advantage of the many investment opportunities as the quaint fishing village boomed into a popular resort town.

My father, Ray moved to Destin in 1979 and we followed him thereafter to the newly discovered town of Destin. We fell in love with it and thought of it as a hidden gem. Now known to the world we have decided to share our joy with others. Jody lived in Destin from 1991- 2002 and now goes there about every 3 months to work on the rental properties and see old friends.

We love the convenient location to both directions of Destin, yet away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Destin and the main highway through town. We are located on the more quiet area of Scenic Gulf Drive where many tourists fail to get to and miss the best part of Destin. Close to shopping , restaurants, groceries, everything you will need for your stay.

Everything we Needed & so close!

Booking was super easy & confirmation fast! Great communications from the beginning, and it only got better from there!

We have a large van and were concerned about parking, but we shouldn't have been. The parking lot is huge and we were able to park in a space very close to the elevators- Yes, elevators! No carrying things up the stairs unless you want to. There are even luggage carts at the site to use.

The condo itself was great too. The kitchen was stocked with absolutely everything we needed & then some- plenty of pans, appliances (including a programmable coffee pot with all the filters you could need!- Hello coffee on the back balcony! ) And towels galore too!

And speaking of that back balcony.... What a view! My family had every snack and meal out there, and just spent time relaxing.

The location is perfect! A small walk- and I do mean small walk to the beach. We were close enough that popping back and forth from the condo to the beach for bathroom breaks, snacks, meals or forgotten items was no big deal. Less than a 5 minute walk. The private beach access was perfect. The size of this complex (not too big, not too small) meant that there was ALWAYS space at the beach. We never felt overcrowded. Plus, the complex was within walking distance of absolutely everything- souvenir shops, ice cream, coffee shops, dining- just under 2 miles to the Winn Dixie & just over 2 miles to the outlet mall. We parked our van for the week and walked everywhere! Morning walks on the boardwalk were peaceful, relaxing & entertaining.

Besides dealing with Jody, which was great, the wonderful location, and ease of access, other things we really liked included the pool- perfect for relaxing with the family, the tennis courts, the BBQ pits, & the outdoor shower area for washing off that sugar white beach sand. Everything worked well in the condo- giant fridge & freezer, ice maker never let us down, the washer and dryer are full sized. There were even sand and beach toys at the condo for us to use. A great extra- the sheets were super soft! No troubles with cable or Wi-Fi either.

All six of us loved it! Plenty of room.

Very nice condo. It was clean and ready to go. The bunkroom was perfect for the children. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and it was very close to the beach. We loved it.
