The apartment is located in Ca'n Picafort in the northeast of Mallorca in a wonderful central yet quiet location, as one-way street; Parking is no problem even in high season.

Is rented the apartment on the second Floor with a floor area of ​​about 100 square meters. The apartment was up last year, very convenient and yet very practical and functional, it is to be used in all seasons; in all the rooms is air conditioning and heating. Each of the 1.80 m wide double beds each have separate slatted frames and new high-quality mattresses.

The apartment has a beautiful balcony to the southwest with a comfortable wicker seating group and has an awning on this sun balcony and a removable side sunshade. There is also a large roof terrace for general use with breathtaking views over the bay of Alcudia and out to sea, a dream scenario.

The large, sunlit afternoon living room is equipped with a comfortable sitting area (chaise longue and pouf, can be pushed together to another double bed for persons # 7 and # 8), large satellite TV, radio, numerous sideboard compartments, a glass cabinet and shelf. The dining area seats up to 8 people, lapping and pampering with the air conditioning while eating, recovering from the stresses of the beach and sun, and planning adventures for tomorrow.

The 3 bedrooms, all with large fitted wardrobes and wide beds (the adjacent to the southwest terrace also has its own TV), all with large fitted wardrobes, are ideal for 6 people, if necessary, can still sleep places # 7 and # 8, see above, are activated. The kitchen with a small additional dining area for the first morning café or the small appetite is fully furnished and equipped. There is a large fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher are also available. And of course all kitchen appliances including a blender.

The beach is about 250 m, the supermarket 'Mercadona' with its very comprehensive, all-encompassing product range and an overwhelming supply of fresh seafood and fresh meat, bakers and gas station are about 150 m, the pedestrian area with shops, restaurants, pubs etc. about 250 meters away.

In the vicinity are the marina, taxi stand and, in about 100 m, bus stop. You can experience horse carriage rides and pony rides and rides with the glass bottom boat to join with underwater views of the spectacular underwater landscapes. For strolling invites the nearby, but not audible palm-lined pedestrian area with restaurants, ice cream parlors, bars, discos, shops of all kinds, also only a pleasant running distance of about 250 meters away. In the summer months, the big weekly market in Ca'n Picafort attracts every Friday with its colorful variety; it starts just south of the marina and extends its pulsating activity over several hundred meters.

Various bike rentals offer near their services. Parasailing in the next town of Puerto de Alcudia, just 7 km away.

Very good and nice place

It was really nice place to stay. Well equipmend and clean appartments. We found there evrething. Good location, you can reach beach, restorants and shoping center in few minutes. We do hope to visit this place again.

Schöne, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in ruhiger Umgebung

Als 4-köpfige Familie mit zwei älteren Kindern (die inzwischen auch im Urlaub ein eigenes Zimmer für sich reklamieren ...) sind wir von dieser Ferienwohnung begeistert ! Gefallen hat uns besonders, dass

- die Wohnung etwas abseits von den Bereichen mit den größeren Hotelkomplexen - in einer ruhigeren Straße gelegen ist,

- gleichwohl ein großer Supermarkt, der Strand, die Promenade (mit unzähligen netten Restaurants) und die "Shopping-Meile" in fußläufiger Entfernung erreichbar sind,

- die Wohnung sehr gepflegt, ansprechend möbliert und auch nett dekoriert ist,

- es nie ein Problem war, mehr oder weniger direkt vor dem Haus einen Parkplatz für unseren Leihwagen zu finden,

- alle Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer über gut funktionierende Klimaanlagen verfügen (was bei Wetterlagen weit jenseits der 30°, wie wir sie erlebt haben, schon sehr angenehm ist),

- die Wohnung über einen sehr schönen Balkon mit Sonnenmarkise verfügt, auf dem man sehr schön sitzen (und sogar ein wenig das Meer sehen) kann,

- die Wohnung praktisch mit allen Utensilien ausgestattet ist, die zu einem Haushalt zählen.

Wenn uns der alljährliche Familienurlaub noch einmal auf die Sonneninsel verschlagen sollte, würden wir gern wieder dort unterkommen !

sehr leicht keine bestimmt Uhrzeit das gleiche bei der Abreise perfekt.

Nebenstraße sehr ruhig, alle Geschäft in der Nähe.
