House w/ 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms + Incredible Views of The Sea and Mountains

Our 'Casa Catinca Cullera' is a family owned holiday house on Spain's famous 'Costa del Azahar', the 'Coast of Orange Blossoms' on the Gulf of Valencia.

Spread out over two floors are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one living/dining room, and one den as well as two balconies with a view of the sea and mountains, two terraces, a blooming back- and frontyard plus many other amenities. Just a few steps away you'll find a well-kept sandy beach to which the house has its own, private access.


The ground floor has - besides a bathroom with shower and washing machine - two bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed and one with two moveable single beds) as well as a cool lounge which can be opened towards the frontyard to let the sea breeze through. On the upper floor is a second bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, a living/dining room with comfy chairs, a balcony and a view of the sea, a third bedroom with a king-size bed and a den with a couch (extendable) plus TV.

Amazing Beach House

First off, thank you very much for letting us stay at your beautiful house on the beach. It exceeded our expectations and was truly an amazing place to take all the family.

Your colleague Toni was great and extremely helpful.

The property is the pure definition beach front with amazing views of the ocean and coast line.

I can promise you that we will be doing our best to return next summer.

tolles Ferienhaus

Wir sind Wiederholungstäter, das sagt eigentlich alles.

Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt und hat einen sehr persönlichen Charakter, so dass man sich sofort wie zu Hause fühlt. Die Räume sind schön eingerichtet.

Der gepflegte Garten gibt Gelegenheit, die Sonne als auch den Schatten in jeder Tageszeit nach Wunsch zu genießen. Für unseren kleinen Enkel neben dem Strand beste Gelegenheit zum Spielen, ohne dass man Ängste haben müsste, er läuft weg.

Balkone nach beiden Seiten geben prima Gelegenheit, das Meer oder den rückwärtigen Blick auf Berge auf sich wirken zu lassen.

Restaurants in guter Qualität befinden sich in der Nähe, die Kleinstadt Cullera oder der Supermarkt sind in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen. Mit dem Zug erreicht man schnell die schöne Stadt Valencia. Abseits des Trubels gelegen (was ja uns sehr angenehm ist), sollte man aber ein Auto zur Verfügung haben.

Weiteres Highlight ist der direkt angrenzende saubere, flache weiße Sandstrand. Ein Paradies für Badeurlauber, Sandburgenbauer und buddelfreudige Kleinkinder.

Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist herzlich und freundschaftlich. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist sehr angenehm.

Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Aufenthalt.
