Stunning, Well located and Charming

  • 5 of 5

We had such a lovely time in our Paris Apartment, we were met at the apartment and shown around everything was explained. Every detail is well thought out, there is a book with information on everything regarding the apartment. The apartment has two large windows that look out onto the street below they are great to keep open when your home. The decor was beautiful its everything I could of hoped for, the subways at least 3 different lines were within a quick walk. The neighbourhood was very safe and everyone was friendly and helpful. Just downstairs there is a nice restaurant/cafe, and a pastry shop. Across the street is a small grocery store. Everything you need is right there it;s like staying at a 5 star hotel. We were happy to see that Linda had supplied some coffee and tea and even a delicious bottle of wine upon our arrival. I honestly can't wait to get back to Paris and to this little piece of Heaven. Thank you so much Linda for the wonderful memories and great times.

This IS our Paris home!

  • 5 of 5

Telling you that we have been to Paris 5 times and stayed at Le Pinot Noir 3 of those visits should tell you just how much we love this Paris apartment. This apartment is super clean and beautifully decorated. Everything is in great working condition. Take advantage the washer/dryer and pack light. More room for the fantastic finds you will get in the adorable local shops.

The location is amazing! My favorite café is Sancerre. Your view from here is the Square du Temple neighborhood park. Go into the park! Beautiful! It is a location used in many novels taking place in Paris. But seriously...take a chance on any one of the many cafes you can walk to. We tried croissants from several places and our favorite was on the other side of the street. We could look at it from the window. Mouth watering!

You are so close to the Metro at Filles du Calvare. You can get anywhere from this stop.

One of my favorite things about le Pinot Noir is the property manager, David, and the owner Linda. David is a wealth of information. Ask him ANYTHING! He turned us onto FTL shipping for our treasures that wouldn't go in our suitcase. We have shipped twice with them and NOTHING has ever broken! Also, I always say that mistakes happen...it's how you handle it that matters. When I told David and Linda that 2 of the stairwell lights were out and it was very dangerous they got it fixed by the time we got home from our day. Excellent response!

We will stay here again...and again...and again...

Luxurious Parisian Apartment w/ Fun, Safe Location

  • 5 of 5

Everything about staying at Le Pinot Noir was comfortable and easy, freeing up our minds and bodies for exploring the city and indulging in all that Paris had to offer.

Our arrival was well coordinated and the apartment was cozy and clean for our arrival. We loved the attention to detail in creating an authentic Parisian atmosphere and enjoyed browsing the shelf of well-selected guide books. Accents such as geraniums outside the windows and an easy-to-use espresso machine made coming home after a day of exploring feel welcoming and restful. This homestyle feel often reminded us of the familiar comfort in staying at a good friend or family members place while they're out of town.

The location in the 3rd arrondissement set us up to be near many cafe's, restaurants, and wine shops, while the Marche des Enfants Rouges was just a quick block away. Le Mary Celeste on 1 Rue Commines was also just a short walk away and became a favorite spot to enjoy some natural wines. We also tried a delicious chocolate cake from a bakery around the corner but I can't remember the name of it! Either way, you can't choose wrong with the quality of shops nearby.

foodie honeymoon in Paris

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I rented this flat for 6 nights as part of our honeymoon. Our main goal for our trip was to enjoy the food and wine of France, and this flat is in an excellent neighborhood filled with restaurants, cafes, markets, bakeries, and wine shops. Le Marais is a great location for those looking for an authentic (and not too touristy) stay in Paris. The home itself is comfortable and cozy with a heated towel rack (great in the winter!), espresso machine, basic dishes/cookware, and tons of guidebooks. The host provides a detailed guide to the home and area, though it did take us a while to figure out how to use the oven! We very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this flat.

charming pied a terre

Cute, tiny apartment in the Marais. Great location with many food shops within 1-2 minutes, Metro close by, plenty of immediate attractions like Musée Carnavalet, Place des Vosges. Plenty more places in walking distance. Good restaurants with reasonable prices.
