About this property

The house is located on Grevelingen Meer, just 300 m behind the dike, and was completely renovated in spring 2012. In 2014 all exterior windows and door systems were renewed and the bathroom was completely renovated in spring 2018. It is in Park De Tong with spacious green areas and old trees. The park includes several children's playgrounds, soccer fields, basketball and volleyball facilities. In the center of Aquadelta Park you will find an indoor swimming pool with fun slides and toddler paddling pool, bowling alley, tennis, mini golf, squash court, billiards, slot machine salon, trim course and bike rental. There is also a laundrette, a crèche and animation (in high season), shopping in the supermarket, restaurants, bistro, fast food. An 18-hole golf course is nearby (approx. 1 km). The area is ideal for cycling and walking, swimming, sailing (boat rental in the marina), diving and surfing (sailing and surfing courses in the sailing school in the marina).

The house consists of a ground floor with a garden and terrace as well as an upper floor.

Super sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus war sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer war "frisch" renoviert, die Küche sehr gut eingerichtet mit sehr vielen Utensilien. Da konnte man den einzigen kleinen Nachteil - den fehlenden Grill - gut "verschmerzen". Wir können Haus und Gastgeber uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Aufenthalt war ok !! Das Mietobjekt war bis auf Kleinigkeiten ok !! Bilder sollten aktualisiert werden sprich keine kaffee Maschine!! Wohnung sollte nach endreinigung kontrolliert werden !! War nich so sauber wie mann sich es erwünscht!! 1 ofanne war dreckig hinterm sofa lag noch dreck bei Abreise Freitag repzeption sollte um 9 Uhr geöffnet sein um 10.15 Uhr war immer noch zu ,so das wir dann den schlüssel in den Briefkasten geworfen haben wo schon mehrere lagen .ansonten war alles ok

Prijs/kwaliteit is ok. Jammer dat er geen Wifi is (niet meer van deze tijd). Veel feestlawaai tot een stuk in de nacht. Weer een ervaring rijker.

Leider mit großem Aber...

In der ersten Nacht mussten wir feststellen, dass sich Mäuse unter dem Dach, wo die Schlafzimmer sind, eingenistet hatten. Das Getrappel ließ uns nicht schlafen, weshalb wir unser Nachtlager unten auf die sehr unbequeme Couch verlegt haben. Am nächsten Tag nahmen wir mit dem Vermieter Kontakt auf, der sich auch sofort um einen Kammerjäger bemühte, der auch kam und Köder auslegte. Er sagte uns aber, dass es 5-7 Tage dauern würde, bis die Mäuse tot sein würden. Der Vermieter kam uns deshalb entgegen und versprach uns telefonisch 50% Preisnachlass. Das war der einzige Grund, warum wir nicht umgezogen sind. Wir legten die Bettmatratzen auf die Couch, um es bequemer zu haben und verbrachten so den Rest der Woche. Das war Ende August. Jetzt, Mitte Oktober, und nach mehrfachen Anfragen, haben wir noch immer keine Erstattung erhalten. Er antwortet nicht mehr auf Mails. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht, da wir den Eindruck hatten, dass der Vermieter ehrlich ist und auch weil er sich so schnell um einen Kammerjäger gekümmert hatte. Und nun haben wir nichts in der Hand, weil wir den Preisnachlass telefonisch vereinbart hatten. Das hat alles hat einen großen Schatten auf unseren Urlaub geworfen. Denn im Prinzip ist das Häuschen recht niedlich und liegt in schöner Umgebung. Aber uns damit zu trösten fällt uns schwer, denn geschlafen haben wir nicht bequem und schließlich war nur die Hälfte der Unterkunft benutzbar. Sucht euch lieber eine andere Unterkunft und lasst euch Vereinbarungen immer schriftlich geben!
