Newly renovated spacious 90 m2 Penhousewohnung for 2 to 6 people. 2 bedrooms with 2 beds, large living room with sofa bed (2 people), TV / cable, new eat-in kitchen, bath with shower / tub / toilet and guest toilet. In addition, large (40 m2) penthouse terrace with sun from morning to evening. The penthouse apartment is right on the Damaschwiese overlooking the Aller and Celler Altstadt. The Aller is a 3-minute walking distance in 1 minute (50 meters) and the Old Town in Celle (300 meters).

Very clean and nice.

Stayed in this very nice flat,for 6 nights,and everything was perfect.

It is away slightly from the centre,but a very pleasant walk takes you there within 10 minutes.There is a bakers just round the corner too.

I would be very happy to stay at this property again.

( sorry that this review is so late,but I could not find how to leave a review,as I find the Homeaway site very unclear.)

Ruhiges schönes Penthous, Einrichtung teilweise im 70er-Jahre Chic.

Sehr sauber, nur die Wände sollten gelegentlich gestrichen werden. Möblierung teilweise aus den 70er Jahen und leicht verschlissen (Sessel). Leider kein W-Lan. Röhrenfernseher. Da ist die Zeit etwas stehen geblieben. Die Betten empfanden wir als sehr gut. Tolle Lage, nur 10 Fußminuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Kein Service (Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Küchentücher sind mitzubringen). Ordentliche Küche nebst Einrichtung, große Dachterrasse. Bad mit Wanne, WC und Fenster. Separates Gäste-WC ohne Fenster. Sehr ruhig. wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Einfach, aber alles vorhanden und gute Raumaufteilung. Die Lage ist bestechend.

Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet. Der Stil eher schlicht und einfach. Die Raumaufteilung ist wirklich gut.

Die fußläufige Lage zur Imnenstadt und der traumhaften Umgebung an der Aller macht das besondere der Wohnung aus.

die ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumigund die zimmer gut aufgeteilt.

Leider sind auch einige Sachen zu bemängeln.Man müsste unserer Meinung nach Tassen und Teller einheitlich haben keine Becher ohne Henkel.(zu Heiß zum Anfassen).Wand in der Küche dürfte auch mal Farbe sehen (Flecken).Badezimmer Fehlt der Bart in der Tür abschließen nicht möglich..Schlüssel vom Kleiderschrank nur einer Vorhanden.

This is a very well equipped apartment in an ideal location. Celle is a beautiful place to visit and we have visited before staying in the same apartment,which is very clean,well laid out and i wish that i was the owner!!.{I would be happy to reside there permanently).
