Luxurious and spacious. Hokulani 236 is one of the largest 2 bedroom floor plans at Honua Kai Condominiums. Huge wrap around L shaped lanai. Two luxury chaise lounges. Views of the ocean and sunsets. You definitely do not feel like you are in a condo...it feels like a spacious and bright home.

KBM HAWAII manages this unique property on behalf of this owner. We are a LICENSED Property Management & Real Estate company located locally here on Maui. We are registered with the Better Business Bureau – check us out. KBM Hawaii’s property managers live within 5 minutes of the resort and are ALWAYS just a phone call away.

Unit 236 is in South Residence Tower; second(2) floor and just down hall from elevator that drops you at the main pool, Dukes and right at the beach. This is a LARGE corner unit with 1220 interior square feet to enjoy with your large family and another 1200+ square foot corner lanai. YES I said 1200 square foot lanai with 2 luxury chase lounge chairs you can move into the sun or relax in the shade.

We provide luxury L'Occitane bath amenities to include shampoo, conditioner, lotion, cleansing bars, bath bar and vanity kit. This French line is exclusive to 5 star resorts here on Maui.

Don't settle for less. This unit is on the north side of the main South residence tower...it has great views of the ocean, beach, pools, mountains, lush green lawns and landscapes between the Honua Kai Condominium buildings and views out toward the pools. You have full access to the resort. Your key gives you access to the gym in the North residence tower.

Deposit is two nights room and tax with balance due 45 days prior to arrival.

About KBM Hawaii

We are a family of five and live in Orinda, California. We purchased our condo at Honua Kai pre-construction. This resort meets all our needs. The luxury of a 5 Star Hotel, combined with the convenience of a condo. It's on the beach. Duke's is the onsite restaurant. The pools are fantastic. The Destination for your perfect Maui family vacation.

It's brand new for starters. This is not your 1970's Maui Resort. It's on the Ocean on North Kaanapali Beach where you don't have to fight the crowds. There are numerous pools for kids and adults. Plenty of spots to BBQ. Plenty of poolside seating. This resort has it all.

Aloha! our family of 6 stayed in the condo and we can honestly say we had plenty of room and space. The pictures display the size. Two huge bathrooms and a large wrap around lanai make this a great landing spot for a family of 6. The closet had boogie boards and a cooler and even sand toys for my little one. KBM personally checked us in and answered any questions we had during our stay. We will be back!

KBM and this condo rocks!

Kyle met us in the lobby driveway and escorted us and our 3 tired kids to this huge corner condo which was perfect for our gang. It was clean and spacious. One of the biggest condos we have ever stayed in. The resort was perfect. Whales are jumping. KBM was great from start to finish. Stay here!

Great location, great condo, wonderful trip!

It was our first time to Maui but we will absolutely be back! KBM (especially Ronit) did an outstanding job from meeting us at check in, to helping us with activities, to finally letting us have a bit later check-out. Their customer service and responsiveness could not have been any better! Honua Kai is in a great location with easy access to all parts of the island. The Honua Kai amenities are fantastic - great pools, an awesome beach with great snorkeling, and Duke's restaurant is right there with is super convenient. Thanks again for taking such good care of us!!

The BEST!

This was by far our favorite Maui vacation yet!! We loved Honua Kai. Swimming right out front on Kaanapali beach every morning was so nice, as the water is sooo warm! Not like back home. This was a well deserved vacation and we are already looking forward to coming back next year and would love to stay in this condo again. It had everything we needed and more! Service from start to finish from KBM was easy and wonderful.

Awesome!!!!

This was my kids first time to Maui, my husband and I have been quite a few times now and this surpassed all our other visits. The condo was so well equipped and super comfortable for all of us. Great location and stocked with everything we needed and more! I loved having the washer/dryer in the condo too. We ate breakfast on the lanai every morning and the beach was just an easy short walk from the condo door..drink and food at Dukes was a great plus for us since we were always on the go! We will definitely be back next year and will be sure to use KBM Hawaii again! They were great!

Simply Stunning!

'Oh, what a week it was!'

The first sighting of the beautifully maintained, landscaped grounds, was enough to shake me out of 'travel weary mode,' and feel like cooling off in one of the several sparkling pools on offer. There was a wonderfully warm welcome from KBM, who had taken care of everything, and provided the tips and information we needed, to help us enjoy a stress free & memorable stay. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxury apartment was spotlessly presented with a well equipped kitchen, spacious living/dining room, large flat screen TV, aircon. on demand - and even a pullout sofa bed which we pondered, might come in handy for any rogue snorers? Large windows opened out onto a lovely balcony just beckoning us to sit at the ample table, enjoy drinks and a bite to eat, or just admire the delightful view. An added surprise was, NO MOSQUITOS at dusk, or even throughout the evening, a wonderful bonus for Aussies.

Our girls' get together was fabulous. We barbecued poolside, had the occasional meal in, dined out, experienced the wonder of an Hawaiian Luau, sunbathed, swam, talked, shouted and laughed, hit the outlet stores, and....shopped 'till we dropped!

We had a wonderful whirlwind holiday, with hospitality plus! I do hope that sometime in the future we are fortunate enough to return...

Just Perfect!

We went here for a family vacation and it was everything we wanted and needed! We stayed in unit 236. It was very nice and clean with plenty of space, including a deck. The grounds at Honua Kai were beautiful with a nice beach that everyone could enjoy.

Dealing with KBM was so easy. They were very friendly, responsive and accommodating. We loved Maui, loved Honau Kai and will be back!
