About the property

Situated within walking distance from the pretty mountain village of Cómpeta.

This lovely villa and guest apartment is laid out around a central courtyard of app. 180 sq.m with the 8x4m. swimming pool in the centre and many flowers, shrubs and trees on one side while on the other there is a covered terrace perfect for relaxing or dining. This central patio gives a real Andalusian feeling to the property and as soon as you step into it you don´t want to leave it. From this patio you access the main living accommodation (sleeps 6, 2 of the 6 on a double sofa-bed) which comprises a charming split level living room with a corner fireplace, a fully fitted kitchen and a dining area, a cosy sitting room with a corner fireplace and a terrace door opening onto a private terrace from where it is possible to enjoy the most beautiful views you have ever dreamed over the valley down to the sea.

There are two double bedrooms and a shower room easily accessed from the bedrooms. There is solar and gas central heating and A/C heating units in the living area and both bedrooms.

On the opposite side of the large central courtyard stairs lead up to a separate guest apartment, sleeps 5, 2 of the 5 on a double sofa-bed. The apartment comprises a living room with some kitchen facilities, a triple bedroom and an attractively tiled bathroom. There is a useful shower room situated in the courtyard as well as a utility room.

This property is ideal either for big or small families who would like to enjoy the good Spanish weather. Cómpeta is a very charming Andalucian white village at the edge of a wide nature reserve which offers the possibility to practice lots of outdoor activities like hiking, horse riding, cannoeing, caving.... Or you can walk to the next village and eat your Spanish lunch. During the warmer months there is live music at local restaurants, so it is possible to enjoy the music while you are dining. This is a wonderful place where to spend an unforgettable holiday!
