Casas de Es Trenc residential complex is located in the pretty neighbourhood of Sa Vinyola (Sa Rapita, Campos) 2 km from the wonderful beach of Es Trenc. The facilities include a large pool with a children's pool.

The Resident's Club has a beachfront location at a good distance from the conventional tourist trails.

Enjoy complete relaxations in one of the best locations on the island.

Es Trenc natural beach and the golf courses of Son Antem, Son Gual, and Maioris are in the vicinity.

There are many cycling routes along the coastline or north towards the Randa mountains in the season. Whether you are a cycling fan or professional cyclist, the southern part of the island is a perfect starting point for your holidays.

There are many water sports available in the 2 marinas (Puerto Sa Rapita and Puerto S'Estanyol). All types of boat to hire, diving, sailing, jet ski hire, wind surfing, kite surfing — there are many possibilities.

The natural scenery, including dolphins, makes for a unique, live wildlife spectacle! - Enjoy a boat ride with your family out to the nature reserve on Cabrera Island.

There is a capacity for 4 people (not including children per house. Bright living / dining room, modern, fully equipped, open plan kitchen 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and terraces with sea views. There are additional beds available for children available on request for an extra fee!

Not far away from the living area, you'll find yourself in the centre of the residence with several buildings in which numerous service partners have set up.

Restaurant/bar:

The Can Toto restaurant offers fresh rolls throughout the year, while gourmet food is on offer from morning to evening. The rooftop patio of the restaurant building serves as a bar lounge and is perfect for an evening get-together.

Supermarket:

Depending on the season, the restaurant building also offers common goods (convenience store). For larger shopping trips, we recommend the larger supermarkets in Campos, 8 km away: Eroski, Lidl, Mercadona, or Müller Market. There are also two discount stores right on the seaside promenade in Sa Rapita.

Mini-golf:

The 18-hole mini-golf course is perfect for young and old. You can play for a small entrance fee. The mini-golf course can be seen from the restaurant patio, meaning you can let your little ones play a few rounds on their own.

Indoor gym and sauna:

A small yet nice gym is open year-round and contains the newest models of electric fitness devices. In addition, there is a mixed sauna area with separate changing and shower rooms. The sauna can be heated up on demand and is available for use from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. without charge.

Massage/physical therapy/performance evaluation:

On the upper level of the spa building, there is a massage area and the medical facilities for the bike team medical groups. Massages are offered year-round on demand.

Peak performance centre - RUN-BIKE-SWIM:

Close to the apartment area, the perfect environment for athletic activities is waiting for you! Below the restaurant and spa areas, the biking centre is open year-round for your use and belongs to the Müsing Bikes group from Germany. With more than 150 bikes in all categories, from children's bikes to pro racing and mountain bikes, you'll have every opportunity to enjoy an active vacation. The bike rental and the workshop are open year-round. Guided tours and presentations are offered during the biking season - from February to May and September to October. In the spa building, there is a second indoor training area that is part of the biking centre.

Conference room:

The fully-equipped conference room can be made available for bicycle group presentations or group events for up to 60 people. You can also rent out the room for your personal event for a small fee.

The booking calender permits reserving multiple units. If one period is already booked up, it means that all the properties are reserved. Nice homes, nice hosts!

We spent 2 weeks in this beautiful complex.

On short notice we got a recommendation from our friends to relax at Es Trenc beach and we were impressed! Highly recommendable! Hosts really friendly and professional / apartments high quality, better than the photos / surrounding calm and secure / gorgeous beach only minutes away / need car to visit Palma – with local buses expect an 1.5h ride…

Familien- und Radsporturlaub par exellence

Wir haben die vergangenen 10 Tage einen ziemlich perfekten Familienurlaub (2 Erwachsene und drei Kinder (8, 5 und 3 Jahe alt) in den Casas de Es Trenc verbracht.

Die Häuser, Wohnungen, Anlage und Pools sind super gepflegt, alles sehr sauber und neuwertig und die Betreuung von VillasMallorca ziemlich perfekt.

Auch wenn die gegenüberliegende Ansiedlung mit dem 33m Pool fürs Triathlon- bzw. Schwimm-Training erst Anfang Oktober eröffnet wird (es werden die letzten Blumen gepflanzt und die Häuser geputzt, Bautechnisch ist alles abgeschlossen) - wir können es jetzt schon kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen.

Insbesondere die Kinder haben die weitläufige Anlage und Anwesenheit weiterer Urlaubs-Kinder (aus Italien, Frankreich, Niederlande und Spanien) sehr genossen, trotzdem herrschte nie viel Lärm oder Gedränge an den Pools.

Für einen entspannten Urlaub mit Ausflügen an den Strand von Sa Rapita/Es Trenc oder nach Palma benötigt man auf jeden Fall ein Auto, zum Einkaufen im nahen Sa Rapita wäre auch ein Fahrrad ausreichend. Zudem gibt es eine Bar/Lounge auf dem Gelände selber, wo man recht günstig essen und abends auch mal einen Cocktail trinken kann.

Weitere Restaurants gibt es am Hafen von Sa Rapita oder in den umliegenden Gemeinden LLucmajor, Santanyi oder auch Campos.

Leider wird der Wellness Spa und das Fitness Center erst Anfang Oktober fertig, daher konnten wir es nicht testen.

Wer abseits des Massentourismus Urlaub oder ein Radsporttrainingslager machen will, ohne gleich eine komplette Finca zu mieten, der ist hier genau richtig.

Wir würden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Angesehen und gleich gebucht!

Wir sind gerade im Radsporturlaub auf Mallorca und haben von Anderen gehört das hier etwas neues in dieser Richtung entsteht. Bei unserer Tour nach Colonia San Jordi haben wir einen Zwischenstopp eingelegt, um uns die Sache mal anzuschauen. Wir sind begeistert und haben gleich für nächsten Herbst reserviert! Der nette Verwalter hat uns die Appartements von Innen gezeigt (wie auf den Fotos, neu und top), der Fitness- und Wellnessbereich befindet sich noch im Bau, wird aber riesig, Supermarkt und Restaurant hatten geschlossen. Es Trend Strand ca. 5 min mit dem Rad entfernt. Alles zusammen ist das ein super Ort für jeden Urlaub! Wir werden im Herbst dort trainieren gehen...wirklich zu empfehlen!

Owner's Response: Na das freut uns aber, dass sich das langsam herumspricht mit unserer Kooperation mit Müsing Bikes :-) In der Tat werden wir bis zum Herbst 2015 unsere beiden Anlagen El Paraiso und Casas de Es Trenc zu einem Trainingszentrum für Radteams und Hobbyradler ausstatten. Die geforderte Infrastruktur für Profiradler, wie Indoor-Trainingsbereiche, Fitness-Center, Wellness- und Saunabereich kommen dann natürlich ganzjährig allen unseren Mietern entgegen. Wir verbessern damit nochmals die Qualität der gesamten Residenz. Wir freuen uns schon auf alle Sportler die wir bei uns begrüßen dürfen! Vielen Dank für die nette Bewertung! Reasonable price - perfect homes

We went to sa rapita in september 2014. Apartments seem to be brand new with high class interior. Beach unbeatable (shallow water for the kids), very nice and clean pool, 24/7 security and technician guys around...very safe and calm place. gated community. recommended for families with kids and beach lovers. Need car!!! 1 mile to the sea....regards Nadal A.

Wir waren mit unseren Gastgebern sehr zufrieden. Als wir ankamen wurden wir bereits von einem Mitarbeiter begrüßt, und alles war nett her gerichtet, inkl. Flasche Wein im Kühlschrank. Die Apartmentanlage war trotz Vollbelegung mit vielen Kindern sehr ruhig... Die gezeigten Fotos haben absolut der Realität entsprochen, und wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt! Janette

Danke für die schönen Ferien

Buchung, Bestätigung, Zahlungsmodalitäten – alles funktionierte wie am Schnürchen mit Frau Vogelsang. Die Anlage ist ein echter Traum. Wir fanden alles genau so schick vor, wie es der Internetauftritt verspricht. Unser Appartement (#20) war perfekt für uns – 2 Paare. Stets hilfsbereit waren die“ Security/Technik/Handwerker“ Jungs, die 24 h vor Ort sind. Sa Rapita ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Individualisten, die Wert auf schöne Strände und versteckte Buchten legen. Einkaufen klappt super im 8 km entfernten Campos, oder für die schnelle Besorgung direkt im Lädchen vor Ort. Klasse Restaurants findet man in Sa Rapita oder in Ses Salines – unser Toptipp: Cassai! Ab Frühjahr 2014 haben wir sogar einen kleinen aber feinen Supermarkt und ein Bistro/Cafe direkt zwischen dem Residence Club "Casas de es Trenc" und Residence Club "El Paraiso" fertiggestellt - somit kann man direkt in der Anlage schnell das Nötigste besorgen!
