About Guy DelVecchio

My wife and have lived in NJ our entire lives. I am a Systems Analyst and my wife is a Physical Therapist. We discovered Marco Island in 2003 and purchased our condo in August 2008.

We found Marco Island to have the best of the Caribbean with its beautiful beaches and sunsets; and the US with the many fine local restaurants, outdoor activities and shopping malls.

Guy DelVecchio purchased this townhome in 2008

Why Guy DelVecchio chose Marco Island

Our 3-level condo is large, clean and spacious with 3-1/2 baths and 2 bedrooms. You will stay at our condo and say it feel like home. We feel our home away from home is very comfortable place to stay and we know you will enjoy it too.

Each year we do a major renovation for keeping the condo current. In 2013/14 we upgraded the downstairs shower and replaced the floor tile in the Master and upstair guest bathroom. In 2014 we replaced the carpeting throughout the unit and had the unit repainted. In 2015 we replaced all of the outdoor lanai fans and flat panel TVs and also added a DVD player for the living room. Lastly, in the Summer of 2016 we replaced the condo's central A/C with a new unit.

The outdoor pool is clean with sparkling/clear water and well maintained and contains an outdoor hot tub/jacuzzi. In 2015 the condo association performed a major upgrade and replaced the asphalt driveway with pavers and walkway pavers.

Comfortable and Convenient

We stayed in this Condo in January 2012 and again in January 2014 and we have reserved it for January 2015 - need we say more? It more than meets our needs and is accurately described through the information and pictures on the website. It is a very spacious 3 level condo and is only a short walk to the beach (15 min. at a leisurely pace). Just out the back door is a beautiful heated pool and hot tub which were well maintained. It is wonderful to have laundry facilities inside the condo and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you really need. The only thing we missed a little was an electric kettle but we could find ways to work around that. We were very pleased to see that there had been some renovations in the condo between our 2 visits. The beds are very comfortable and it really feels like a home away from home. The owner is very friendly and easy to contact. We are definitely looking forward to going back.

Beautiful

We have stayed here two years in a row. It is a very nice place. 8 blocks to the beach and about 5 blocks to the pier. Huge very clean three story townhouse, although carpet needs to be cleaned. Beware lots of steps. I love Marco! A must is to have coconut shrimp and watch the sunset at Sunsets Grill.
