Tolles Haus, schöner Garten & Strand

Wir haben im Juli 2023 unseren Sommerurlaub in diesem Haus verbracht. Wir fanden ein traumhaftes Anwesen vor, sehr gepflegt, gut ausgestattet und gut durchdacht. Perfekte Voraussetzungen für entspannte Wochen. Unangenehm überrascht hat uns dann, dass hinter der Grundstücksgrenze laute, langanhaltende und Staub verursachende Bauarbeiten durchgeführt wurden, die wir bei Buchung der Unterkunft für weitgehend abgeschlossen hielten. So wurden wir leider oft mit dem Hydraulikhammer des felsabtragenden Baggers geweckt, der uns auch nachmittags gezwungen hat, ins Haus zu gehen und die Türen zu schließen. Der Vermieter hat auf unsere „Hilferufe“ zügig reagiert und ist uns entschädigend entgegengekommen. Er war offenbar selbst nicht über die Art der Bauarbeiten und das Ausmaß der Belästigung informiert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder auf diese wunderschöne Insel, wenn die Nachbarn die Arbeiten beendet haben.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus (Pool, Whirlpool, WLAN, vollausgestattete Küche) in top Lage mit atemberaubendem Meerblick und privatem Strand (für die insgesamt ca. 10 Häuser der Anlage). Einziger Wehrmutstropfen war der Baulärm der angrenzenden Baustelle, da zu unserem Reisezeitraum leider die Erdbarbeiten noch nicht abgeschlossen waren.

Sehr schönes Objekt

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem Objekt sehr genossen. Es war eine perfekte Lage mit schönen Blick auf das Wasser, was wir jeden Morgen beim Frühstück genossen haben.
