Our holiday villa is located on one of the most beautiful beaches east of Marbella. From the garden gate to the beach it is less than 20 meters! It is part of a private compound of nine houses that share pool and tennis court. The house is located in a large and well maintained garden area that is entirely enclosed to provide maximum privacy. It has two large sun terraces which allow a tremendous view on the sea. Sun beds and a huge table that seats 10 persons provide outdoor comfort. A large living room with (gas powered) fireplace and decent furnishing makes a cosy atmosphere at any time of the year. A new and well equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee maker allows easy self-cartering, if required. You'll find three sleeping rooms with two bath rooms on the first floor. Towels and bedding are always available.

Tennis and Golf: Tennis players and golfers do find maximum opportunities at the 'Golf Coast'. Literally around the corner you'll find Marbella Golf & Country Club, Santa Maria Golf Club, Santa Clara Golf, Cabopino Golf and many others. Our tennis court can be played throughout the year.

About The Owner

We found the house in 1999 incidentielly during a stay. In a second we knew that huge garden and the short distance to the beach were just grest for a young family. Our kids were still small and by buying the house they also grew up a bit in Spain and found friends there. 'Our' part of Marbella has nothing to do with the celebrities' Marbella. You know your neighbours, make friends in a restaurant nearby or just enjoy your time there. And if you feel like taking a look at the 'bold and beautiful', Puerto Banus harbour, some fancy clubs and discotheques may take you there ...

Why The Owner chose West Costa del Sol

You don't find many resorts of this small size - and certainly not so close to the beach: just nine houses sharing a few thousand of sqm! A large pool, an own tennis court and a huge garden area always provide silence and recreation - even on a busier day out on the beach, just a few meters next to the property.

You'll love taking your kids out to the beach in a minute's time - and also back home! No packing, carrying, loading, driving, parking ... And the same at night: it's just a brief walk away to one of the nice restaurants where you end up the day, while the kids are still playing next to you on the beach.

What makes this house unique

And even during your holidays you and the kids don't have to give up the media you're used to. We've installed a stereo and a flatscreen multimedia TV to attach your own devices. A secure WLAN unit provides easy internet access - even at the pool ;-)

  • The house is well equipped for self-catering, including all kitchen appliances, outside BBQ etc. You'll find tables and chairs on all terraces and inside. A secure WIFI hotspot provides free and unlimited access to the internet.

  • The sleeping area is located in the upper floor of the house. The mastger bedroom has got an own bathroom and a direct access to the large upper terrace. A large slide window opens to the garden side and provides a fantastiv sea view. Two more sleeping rooms are located on the opposite side of the floor and share one bathroom with separate access. They've got two single beds each that also can be shifted aside. All sleeping rooms do have spacious in-built closets for your belongings.

The house is very well equipped, even for longer stays. TV, satellite bowl, stereo, a gas powered fire place in the living room provide a cosy atmosphere, also on a colder winter evening. The bathrooms have large electric towel heaters to keep them warm on a winter morning. In a summer night the roof top fans may be used occasionally, even though the special climate of this area cools down and allows an excellent sleep without them. A hotel safe stows away your valuables or a laptop computer while you're out of the house. At the same time the entire property is very well enclosed and can only be entered by authorized persons.

Das war ein perfekter Urlaub, das Haus ist hochwertig und vollständig ausgestattet, mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern fehlte es an nichts. Der Garten mit Pool ist trazmhaft und entspricht den Bildern im Internet. Die unmittelbare Lage zum Strand ist ein absoluter Pluspunkt. Kontakt zu Vermietern und dem Betreuer vor Ort war sehr gut. Wir haben uns selten so gut erholen können, wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Als Erstes vorab: Wir haben uns sehr wohl in diesem Haus gefühlt.

Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Es ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und frisch renoviert worden.

Genial ist die Nähe zum wunderschönen Strand und die Restaurants, die man fußläufig erreichen kann.

Die Betten waren hervorragend und man genießt absolute Ruhe am Tag, wie in der Nacht.

Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und angenehm.

Wir können das Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in diesem sehr schönen Haus. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Vor allem die Nähe zu einem sehr sauberen und schönen Strand, der Pool und die schöne Terasse sind hier zu betonen. Die Lage an sich und die Nähe zu Ausflugszielen ist ebenfalls ein Highlight. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Die Abwicklung im Vorfeld und vor Ort war ebenfalls Ein­wand­frei.

Tolles Haus! Tolle Anlage! Tolle Lage!

Wir waren in Haus Nr. 8 und waren rundum glücklich und zufrieden. Das Haus wurde gerade frisch renoviert und ist top ausgestattet. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Zusätzlich ist die Lage einfach unschlagbar. Durch den Garten geht man direkt bis an den Strand. Perfekt! Der Pool und die Gartenanlage sind sehr gepflegt und toll zum Entspannen. Tatsächlich war es in der Anlage sehr ruhig, da die meisten Häuser nicht belegt waren bzw. nur am Wochenende genutzt wurden. Die Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe lief problemlos und unkompliziert.

Fazit: Wir kommen gerne wieder!

erholsamer Urlaub in unmittelbarer Strandnähe

Schönes, gepflegtes Ferienhaus in einer ruhigen Anlage mit 9 Reihenhäuser, ruhige Umgebung, gepflegter Garten mit Pool , in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand

Das Haus ist vollständig und gut eingerichtet, große Terasse vor dem Wohnzimmer, großer Balkon mit Meerblick im 1. Stock, Balkon und Terasse zur Südseite ausgerichtet. Super eingerichtete moderne Küche. Steroanlage und Fernseher mit deutschen Programmen vorhanden. In den kühleren Monaten ist ausreichend Heizmöglichkeit gegeben, Kamin im Wohnzimmer, elektrische Heizkörper in den Schlafzimmer. Gerne werden wir das Haus wieder mieten .

Waren jetzt zum wiederholtem Mal in dem schönen Ferienhaus in El Rosario. Damals mit unseren kleinen- jetzt mit unseren fast erwachsenen Kindern und deren 'Anhang'. Das Haus und die Anlage sind in einem top Zustand. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist sehr geschmackvoll und auf dem neusten technischen Stand. Die Strandnähe ist nach wie vor unschlagbar und das Zentrum von Marbella, Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung sowie Golfplätze hervorragend mit dem Leihwagen zu erreichen. Die Sonne scheint sowieso immer! Wir kommen wieder! :)

Right on the beach: Playas Andaluzas - a small private dead end street that leads right down to the beach.

Located between Las Chapas Beach and Costa Bella, pure beach side residential areas, just 4 kms east of Marbella. Down from the main road exit 'Mancomunidad El Rosario'. Playas Andaluzas is just a few minutes away from a very good infrastructure providing supermarket, car rental, bakery, laundry, news stand etc. No hotels, clubs, car traffic or high rise buildings would disturb the quality of your vacation.

Small beach restaurants can be found nearby, serving excellent Spanish dishes throughout the year. Your own tennis court and pool in an extra large garden, various golf courts around and miles of sandy beaches secure perfect holidays for the entire family!

Other Activities: golf courts as far as your eyes go, kite surfung Schools, Aqua or Safari Park and much more

Golf: Costa del Golf! Marbella probably offers the most exciting golf courses and highest variety all over Europe! All on one spot: within an hour's drive from the house you may reach as many as 600 holes along the coast and in the mountains. We prefer Cabopino (85 € for 2 players and a buggy), but also like Sta. Clara, Sta Maria or Marbella Golf Club - all of them not more than 10 min away from home.

Ski: Around Easter time - or during the Semana Santa, as the Spanish call the week before Easter - the skiing areas of the Sierra Nevada mountains are a pretty well visited. It takes less than a three hours' ride to reach the most famous olympic ski resort in Spain. And next day you may be back on the beach or out for some water skiing along the shore.
