Neustadt in Holstein is located in the heart of Lübeker bay. The place has a beautiful harbor, offers shopping, offers numerous activities Water exercise is an ideal starting point for excursions to the beaches of Sierksdorf, Scharbeutz, Timmendorfer beach and Grömitz.

The holiday apartment is located on the outskirts of Neustadt swell after Pelzerhaken. The nearest sandy border is just 300 meters away. There is a beach, a playground and a beach bistro on the beach promenade. The supermarket is 50m away. A parking space is available.

The apartment on the 2nd floor can be reached via a staircase or Portico. After opening the door, you are go off in the hallway with kitchenette which the separate bedroom, the bathroom and the living room. The hallway is bright as the room through a glass door / window, the light from the living room lets in. The living room has a large dining table, a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) and a 32 inch LED TV. From the living room you can go out onto the balcony, which also offers seating. The device handle is modern, all rooms are equipped with real wood parquet. The bathroom has a toilet, a wash basin, a shower and a heated towel rail. The bedroom has a mattress 140 x 200 cm and a wardrobe.

We are pleased about the visit of individuals, couples and small families up to 3 people. Pets are not allowed. In the apartment smoking is not allowed

Schöner Rückzugsort für Kurzurlaub

Eine schöne gemütliche Ferienwohnung die als toller Rückzugsort sich nach einem langen Tag eignet. Die Küche ist zwar klein, aber zweckmäßig und reicht für ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Top Einweisung zum Thema Parkplatz, Schlüssel und Wohnung. Wir haben die Zeit nach dem Xletix in Grömitz hier genossen. Einzig das Bett ist etwas kurz sobald man 1,90+ ist. Würden defintiv noch mal hier zurück kommen. Vielen Dank!

Klein aber fein

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben. Klein aber sauber und sehr gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir haben hier eine superschöne Woche verbracht und würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen.

Heizung wird per Remote faktisch abgeschaltet?!!!

An sich okay, das Bett könnte durchaus breiter sein (140cm), es gibt keine Tür zum Schlafbereich, so dass man in der Nacht dem lauten Kühlschrank "lauschen" darf. Was aber gar nicht geht ist bei den kühlen Ostertagen die Heizung per WLAN Fernzugriff über den Router auf 16°C runter zu drehen, woraus dann in Summe eine Zimmertemp. von 15°C entstand. Drehte man die Heizung etwas hoch, wurde Sie konsequent wieder zurück gedreht!

Gemütliche Unterkunft

Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, aber man hat alles was man braucht und ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Lediglich das Waschbecken im Bad ist etwas sehr Mini, dafür gibt's aber eine super Regendusche. Nur ca 3 Minuten Fußweg zum Meer. Der Vermieter hat auf Fragen schnell reagiert. Werde gerne wiederkommen.

Tolle kleine Wohnung

Diese liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung ist perfekt zu zweit. Ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Kleine Küche, dafür die Ostsee einen Steinwurf entfernt. Mehr braucht man nicht.
