I grew up in Arizona and have every intention of retiring here. Until then, I spend much of my time as a worldly traveler so I'd rather someone else enjoy my property until I am able to. I love this house because it is so close to all that Arizona has to offer, whether riding inner tubes down the Salt River, or Jet-Skiing on Canyon lake, to side trips to see the Grand Canyon and Meteor Crater. And whenever I visit I always feel like I'm back to a home and on vacation at the same time. The house meets every need, including the pool, hot tub, first-class amenities, luxury and class.

There are so many benefits about this property. The top 3 reasons are - LOCATION...LOCATION...LOCATION! It's in a wonderful gated neighborhood spitting distance from everything that the Valley of the Sun has to offer - ASU, Spring Training field, Botanical Gardens to name a few, not to mention that there is so much within walking distance such as grocery stores, department store, Starbucks, Jamba list goes on and on. In addition, the property is conveniently just off the freeway but you can't hear the freeway from the property - all the benefits of easy transportation without the noise. Can't beat it! On top of that, our home is spacious and extremely comfortable, and equipped in all the ways we can think of to make your stay wonderful.
I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at your home. The house was beautiful, we loved the spaciousness and the quietness. The master bedroom and bath was luxurious. The other bedrooms were very nice also. The location was convenient to everythng we wanted to do and we couldn't wait to get back to our "home" each day. When we went to the pool we had it all to ourselves! The community was very quiet and we appreciated that very much. We did a little shopping, a little touring and a lot of relaxing. We will recommend you to anyone who needs lodging in your area.
We are a family of four who have rented this property for a three month stay in Phoenix. It is all we hoped for. It is located in a small, quiet gated community - close to major highways but you would not know that once you are home. There is a well-kept garage. Inside, the home has a feeling of airy spaciousness, with a cathedral-type ceiling in the main tv / sitting area. It was immaculate on our arrival. The kitchen is well appointed, with cake pans etc, spices, food processor and blender, etc. The master bedroom is very large, with a grand ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are both sweet. The linens are of good quality. The community pool is not heated and so is too cold to swim in until, say, April; however the hot tub is available year-round. There is a fenced sitting area attached to the home that may be used for BBQing. The shops nearby are perfect - my parents drive in from Casa Grande to go to Trader Joe's. The canal is only a 5-minute walk away - one can jog or bike for miles there. All in all, a happy home away from home.
Very nice and secure area. Had my family stay here for a wedding in May. Spacious, quite and this home has everything one needs for intertaining. It made our trip to Tempe so much fun one vacation we'll never forget.
My family and I (2 adults, 2 children) stayed at this property from 10/2008 through 5/2009 and then again from 11/2009 through 5/2010. The fact that we came back for another winter and chose to stay in the same property says it all, we really enjoyed this property!
The house itself had everything we needed, the owner/manager addressed any issues (minimal) we had quickly. We would stay here again without any hesitation.
The location is close to EVERYTHING! Restaurants, attractions, the airport, you can get anywhere in the Phoenix area from here quickly. The freeways are close.
The property itself is spacious and well outfitted. The outdoor area is perfect for morning coffee or an evening BBQ.
This is our second winter at this property. Both times we stayed for 7 months while my husband was working in the Phoenix area. After our first stay we learned our way around the Phoenix area pretty good and found the location of the house to be unbeatable! The house is very clean and you have any and everything available to make you feel at home. Both the owner and the property manager are extemely accomodating and prompt if you have any concerns. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, centrally located and hassel free rental. You will not be disapointed.
