This well kept holiday home is situated on a completely enclosed plot of approx. 4,300 m² on the outskirts of Alaró. The market square is within easy walking distance of approx. 1 km and you can reach it within 10 minutes.

The house has a constructed area of 128 m². On the ground floor you will find the living-dining room with fireplace and open-plan kitchen with counter, pantry, two bedrooms and a toilet with shower. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one bathroom and a small terrace. The house is also provided with a large front terrace, a terrace behind the house, child-safe pool (salt water) with sun terrace and a covered parking space for 2 cars.

Ideal holiday home in Majorca

We have just returned from our 10 days away in Majorca. This place was ideal just 5-10mins walk from Alaro centre and set in lovely surroundings. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance, along with a lovely market every Saturday morning. A car is definatly needed if you are looking to go places, but there are lots of buses as well, that run through the village.

The rooms are all air conditioned and the villa is well looked after, with 4 double bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen and a spacious lounge/dining area.

Outside there are three areas were you are able to relax either in the sun or in the shade depending on the time of the day. The pool is perfect for all ages and well maintained on a daily basis.

We went to Alaro due to my father living in the village, but it is a perfect location if you are looking to visit lots of places around the island. We would certainly consider using this rental again.

Fantastic house!

This place is everything you looking for holiday!

It is spotlessly clean and we'll maintained, safe for children and has a bonus..... Garden! Lots of fruit trees ( you named)- Apple, fig, pear, lime, lemon, orange, peach, white and black grapes. And all of them are for your use. Wow!

Town centre is 10min walk and Majorca is 30min drive. Communication was excellent. We did enjoy our holiday and will consider this property in future!!!

Hidden Gem

Just 15 minutes walk from the centre of this lovely Majorcan town, well appointed accommodation in a wonderful location amidst a manicured grove of fruit trees, great outside areas with excellent seating and dining areas, the front of the house is sheltered from the morning sun by two beautiful mature walnut trees shouldered by almond trees, the small pool is perfect for those who require a cool off but would not suit the enthusiastic swimmer, the property is fully secured and very quiet.

The house is very clean, comfortable and adequately appointed, and for those who like to cook as we do the kitchen is excellent. The owners were most hospitable, we were welcomed with a wonderful Majorcan cake and a plum preserve, we were also given a tray of oranges from the grove and enjoyed freshly squeezed OJ every morning, this was followed later in the week by a bowl of cherries from the abundant tree, for us this house was perfect and a sheer delight, one of the nicest Villas we have ever stayed in, hopefully we shall return very soon.

Peaceful

The Finca is set with a lovely orchard out front with plenty of fruit to pick.

The pool is first rate.

The inside has good a/c and is clean and functional.

Ants were a nuisance but probably unavoidable.

It is within easy walking distance to the town although not great footpaths all the way. The mountain scenery is lovely. We did not venture beyond the town much as we had a baby with us.

The owner was very pleasant.

We would definitely recommend to others and would consider returning ourselves.

Excellent villa to relax after our cycling trips

Situated just outside Alaro (10 min walking to the city square), we really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful and clean accommodation with swimming pool, ping-pong table, a shed for our bikes, and a huge garden full of almond-, orange- and lemon trees. The house itself is very cozy and has all the equipment mentioned in the brochure. Outside the house, there are plenty of chairs and seating areas, so you can always find a nice spot in either the sun or the shade.

Upon arrival we were welcomed by a delicious cake and homemade plum preserve. Each morning, we enjoyed our breakfasts in the morning sun in front of the house with freshly made juice from the oranges and lemons growing in the garden. The perfect start for our cycling trips to the Tramuntana mountains and a very nice accommodation to relax after our trips. We couldn’t wish for anything better!

All shops and restaurants in Alaró are open all year round.

Weekly market on Saturday mornings, bars and restaurants, boutiques, bike rental, ice cream shop, children's playground, international newspapers and magazines, pharmacy, gas station, post office, banks, two supermarkets, Boots factory Tony Mora, etc.

During the summer holidays from mid June till mid September the upper part of the main street is closed for the traffic and the local restaurants put out more tables and chairs.

Alaró is the ideal point of departure for hiking, climbing and cycling tours. Especially in the low season this accommodation is ideal for cyclists, hiking and climbing groups.

Enjoy the almond blossom in Majorca. In the middle of January the almond trees begin to flower. The almond blossom lasts till the end of February.
