The Seeperle Bella Vita is furnished with a lot of love for exclusive details and offers a lot of space for wellness and relaxation. The stylishly furnished house has underfloor heating, digital satellite / TV and flat screen in the living and sleeping areas. Gas fireplace in the living area, large living rooms with seating and dining area, luxurious designer sofas, open fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, ceramic hob with convection oven. All daylight bathrooms are equipped with a Raindance wellness shower as standard. Storage room, own parking spaces, garden furniture and barbecue are included in the rent. Surroundings: The house is about 60 m from the Fleesensee. The Ibero Hotel is in the immediate vicinity, idyllic in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The spacious Iberotel Spa (950m²) with indoor pool and jacuzzi, bio sauna, sauna with a view of the lake, sauna garden, steam grotto, herbal steam bath, Kneipp bath, relaxation room with waterbeds is only 150 m away. Furthermore, the city of Waren is located at the largest inland lake in Germany. The city can be reached by boat over the Fleesen and Kölpinsee, by bike (bike rental in town) or by car in a few minutes. Various restaurants, small shops, an organic farm shop, outlet stores, a laundromat and an ATM are also nearby. The Müritz National Park, a large freshwater aquarium are interesting excursion destinations.

Golf courses: 5 golf courses in a golf club with 72 holes (3 x 18 holes, 2 x 9 holes) guarantee variety and the right challenge for every skill level. The golf club is home to the golf school of ex-national coach Oliver Heuler. He trained 18 teachers whose goal is to improve ball flight quickly with as few corrections as possible.

Haus nicht sauber

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön. Das Haus an sich war auch schön, aber die Sauberkeit liess sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Betten waren auch nicht toll. Sie schieben sich immer auseinander. Überall waren Spinnweben und Ratscher an der Wand, die sich leicht entfernen lassen können. Die Fenster waren sehr schmutzig und der Jacuzzi könnte auch mal überarbeitet weden.

Nicht schlecht

Die Lage vom Haus ist super. 3 min bis zum See. Ruhige Lage.1 Stern Abzug: Das Haus ist etwas alters schwach. Einige Dinge könnten repariert werden und W-Lan ist leider nahezu garnicht vorhanden. Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert.

Schöne Unterkunft, mit nur einem kleinem Kritikpunkt

Das Haus ist sehr schön und vollständig eingerichtet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Lage ist super und ruhig. Der einzige kleine Punkt, der allen nicht gefallen hat waren die sehr weichen Betten. Das kann aber anderen Gästen durchaus gefallen. Ansonsten gern wieder.

Fahrradtour mit Badespass am See

7 Radfahrer haben das verlängerte Wochenende in dem gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus genossen. Nach einem gemütlichen Frühstück haben wir unsere Fahrradtouren genossen und sind anschließend zum Abkühlen in den See gegangen. Abends haben wir den Tag beim Grillen ausklingen lassen. Gerne kommen wir wieder 🙂

Luxeriöse Ausstattung mit teils nichtstimmigen Technikanleitungen und Reparaturbedarf

Wir fanden ein auf den ersten Eindruck gepflegtes, luxuriöses Appartement vor. Allerdings befand sich anstelle der ausgeschriebenen 2 Schlüssel nur einen Schlüssel im Schlüsselkasten, wobei der Öffnungscode bei Anreise bereits korrekt eingestellt war. Nach Rücksparache mit der sehr freundlichen Objektmanagerin am Wochenende konnte ein weiterer Schlüssel im sog. Notfall-Schlüsselkasten aufgefunden werden, so dass beide Familien je einen Schlüssel in Empfang nehmen konnten. Das Fernsehgerät im großen Gemeinschaftsraum konnte primär nicht gestartet werden, da die Beschreibung in der Hinweismappe nicht mit dem Istzustand korrelierte. Nach Rücksprache mit der zuvorkommenden Managerin - die immer erreichbar war -stellte sich ein defekter DVD-Player heraus, so dass mit ihrer telefonischen Hilfe doch noch ein TV-Signal empfangen werden konnte. Auch die WLAN-Einwahl gelang erst nach Hilfestellung, da in der bereitliegenden Mappe nur allgemeine Ausführungen vorgefunden wurden und der Router mit dem darauf vermerkten Passwort auf dem Kühlschrank in der Raumecke nicht wahrgenommen worden war. Leider hat der Kühlschrank - trotz Maximaleinstellung auf "6" - nur unzureichend gekühlt, während die Tiefkühlfächer nicht zu beanstanden waren. Der sehr zuvorkommende, an Wochentagen zur Verfügung stehende Hausmeisterdienst konnte diesbezüglich keine Abhilfe schaffen. Die Bespannung der beiden Liegestühle auf der Terrasse vermittelte keinen stabilen Eindruck mehr. Wichtig erscheint noch die Mitteilung, dass der Geschirrspüler neu justiert und fixiert werden sollte, da die Fixierung an der hochwertigen Küchenzeile nicht mehr ausreichend gegeben ist. Ein wichtiger Hinweis betrifft die Lage des Objektes. In der Beschreibung wird eine Entfernung zum See/Strand von 40m und an anderer Stelle von 60m ausgewiesen. Das suggeriert eine direkte Strandlage, was nicht gegeben ist, da sich noch Grundstücke zwischen dem Objekt und Strand befinden. Über einen schmalen Weg mit Treppe, ca. 100 m vom Haus entfernt,, gelangt man jedoch schnell zum See - der Transport eines Faltbootes oder Kajaks ist jedoch nicht problemlos möglich. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Die oben geschilderten Umstände haben unser Urlaubserlebnis nicht negativ beeinflusst, sollten aber durch den Betreiber Berücksichtigung finden. Das betrifft zur größeren Schadensvermeidung vor allem den Kühlschrank, den Geschürrspüler, die Liegestühle und die Aktualisierung der Hinweismappe.
