Super cozy House in quiet town

Everything is like the pictures. We are a family of 6 with grown up kids. We used the house as a base for exploring the island. We were there in kw 42 so the pool was a little to the cold side, but we had a dip every day.

Definitely recommendable.

Grossartig!

Wunderschön eingerichtetes Haus mit tollem Garten und Terasse. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Geged von Sa Pobla, lediglich vormittags ist im Hof leise das Lachen von Kindern aus der Schule gegenüber zu hören was wir alle jedoch als Bereicherung empfanden.

Die Lichtinstallation in Haus und Garten ist sehr durchdacht und erzeugt eine sehr ruhige und schöne Atmosphäre nach Sonnenuntergang.

Das Haus ist in einem tadellosen Zustand, die Bilder hier können die Schönheit nur in Ansätzen wiedergeben.

Unserer Meinung nach ist das Haus absolut zu empfehlen, unsere Erwarteungen wurden weit übertroffen!

Super schönes Ferienhaus

Wir waren im August 2016 dort in der Finka. Das Haus ist absolut sauber und mit allem eingerichtet was man benötigt. Der Strand ist mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen und dieser Strand ist auch sehr zu empfehlen (Playa de Muro) Man sollte sich auch nicht von dem Außenanblick der Fassade von der Straße aus täuschen lassen, denn spätestens wenn man das Tor aufschließt ist diese Finka traumhaft schön. Wir waren mit 6 Personen dort und alle haben sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Jederzeit würden wir dort wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Ideale woning in een rustig dorp

Een heerlijk huis om in te verblijven schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De eigenaar is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam maar spreekt helaas alleen Spaans. Het dorp is niet echt fantastisch en een auto is dan ook zeker aan te bevelen. Het dorpsplein is 's avonds wel gezellig met regelmatig live muziek en je kunt er uitstekend eten in de voornamelijk Italiaanse restaurants. In het begin wel wat moeilijk vinden daar alle straatjes op elkaar lijken. Een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen na een dagje te hebben rond gereden over het mooie eiland.

WUNDERVOLL!!!

Tolles Natursteinhaus Mitten in Sa Pobla. Wer für seinen Urlaub das Aussergewöhnliche sucht, wird hier fündig. Sa Pobla bietet Urlaubern das mallorquinische Leben pur, es gibt z.B. den schönen Placa Major und einige historische Herrenhäuser, die man hier entdecken kann. Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz und ist perfekt ausgestattet. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt hier und kommen sicherlich noch mal wieder :-)))!!!!

Location

Sa Pobla has about 12 500 inhabitants and is located in the northern part of Mallorca amidst a wide extended plains level. The place is quite famous for its Sunday farmers' market and its typical Mallorcan tapas bars and restaurants.

An important source of income is agriculture. The yield huge potato, vegetable and fruit plantations not only benefits the locals, but plays an important role for the national and international export.

Through the adjacent natural park S'Albufera leads to the most beautiful sandy beaches of the island to Alcudia. It offers a large range of water sports. The golf courses of Alcudia / Aucanada and Pollensa are within a radius of 10 km. The city of Palma de Mallorca situated and the airport is 40 km away and easily reached in 30 minutes on the highway.
