This holiday apartment has two bedrooms, each of them comes with its own shower bath. The spacious living room also includes an open kitchen and a dining area. The living room and the two bedrooms have separate air conditioning units each. A covered terrace with a view into the (emerging) garden is located in front of the living room.
The total area of the holiday apartment is approx. 100 sqm.
The living room comes with a sofa (2.5 seater), an armchair, a living room table, a side table and a LCD TV with about 85 English and Arabic TV channels. Beyond that, it offers a dining table with four seatings.
The open built-in kitchen is equipped with kitchenware from Siemens (cooker with ceramic glass cooktop, oven, built-in microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine). Moreover, it comprises a coffee machine, an electric kettle and a toaster. Additionally, dishes for four people are provided.
The bedrooms each have two sleeping accommodations, a tall cupboard and a dresser.
The marble shower baths each are equipped with a washbasin, a premium shower (Grohe) and a lavatory.
The holiday apartment is located in the emerging resort development Salalah Beach, so that occasional construction noise (e.g. hammering, sawing) can not be excluded totally.
The holiday apartment and the resort development Salalah Beach are especially suited for couples and families with children who want to spend an untroubled and relaxed beach holiday in a pleasant ambience with an upscale gastronomy and very friendly service at the Indian Ocean. who are seeking ease and comfort and eventually are interested in making excursions with their own rental car and/or boat trips in the Indian Ocean.
Born and raised in the city of Hamburg, I firstly moved to the beautiful city of Wiesbaden after having finished my studies and my doctorate. At present, my family and I live in the Westphalian city of Muenster, where we all feel good like a hand in a glove.

Our honeymoon to the Seychelles about 15 years ago wakened the desire of owning a holiday apartment at the Indian Ocean one day. This long standing dream of mine now has come true.
From my point of view, the Sultanate of Oman is culturally and scenically a very attractive holiday destination. Beyond that, Salalah and accordingly the South of Oman are a region with a tropical microclimate that is unique on the whole Arabian Peninsula.
The resort development Salalah Beach has a very appealing architecture. All apartments and villas have a premium design and are well equipped. Salalah Beach is especially suitable for stress relief and recharging your batteries - be it the good gastronomy, the friendly service, the tropical appearing beach or the clear starry sky in the evening.
We stayed at this apartment for 2 weeks with our 5 year old daughter.
Our stay was during the off season so the complex and adjacent marina was very quiet which is just the way we like it!
The apartment is very well build, modern and clean with marble floors throughout, 2 modern walk-in showers in the 2 bathrooms, and a modern kitchen. We have stayed in vacation rentals in Oman before and the kitchen was always the weak point of the place. Not here: the kitchen is just like at home with granite countertops, state of the art Siemens appliances (including dishwasher) and all utensils necessary to cook the fresh fish brought home from the fish market. A clothes washing machine is also included.
There are 2 different beaches located within walking distance of the apartment, one protected by a lagoon so there are no waves, ideal for the little one, and the other one with normal wave activity, ideal to collect shells.
There are also 2 pools at the nearby Juweira Boutique Hotel that can be used free of charge.
Many dining options are available within walking distance: 3 buffets (Juweira hotel, Al Fanar hotel and Rotana hotel) as well as various restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the all-you-can eat barbecue evening at The Beach restaurant on Sunday, which serves grilled to order fish (various types), chicken, beef and lamb.
A rental car is recommended in order to be able to discover Salalah and the surrounding area: the fish market in Salalah, the Souk, Frankincense museum, Khor Rori, various fresh water springs (active during Khareef season), Wadi Darbat (active all year) and the Mughsail and Fisayah beaches towards Yemen.
With a car, also make sure to try out the buffet at the newly opened Al Baleed Resort, with an out of this world seafood buffet including grilled lobsters on Thursdays. The car also allows for regular shopping at the very big and modern Carrefour and Lulu Hypermarkets which have everything you may need (about 30 mins away).
We enjoyed our stay at Thorsten's apartment very much, and are looking forward to returning in the future.
Mehr braucht man wirklich nicht für einen interessanten und erholsamen Urlaub in Salalah.
Die Wohnung ist nur wenige Gehminuten durch den gepflegten Hotel- und Wohnpark vom kilometerlangen Strand mit rauschender Brandung und zweimal täglichem Durchzug von Delfinen oder dem ruhigen Lagunenstrand mit persönlichem Service entfernt.
Zwei Schlafzimmer mit dazu gehörenden Bädern, eine vollständig eingerichtete und ausgestattete Küche mit angrenzende, gediegen und dezent möbliertem Ess- und Wohnbereich sowie die Terrasse mit Blick in den täglich gepflegten Gartenpark bieten beste Voraussetzungen für entspannende Erholung nach einem interessanten Ausflugs- oder Strandtag.
Schnelles WLAN und gute TV-Verbindung ermöglichen - wenn nötig - den Kontakt zum heimischen Leben.
Die freundliche und umfassende Information und Betreuung durch die Vermieter vor Reiseantritt und auch vor Ort hilft, sich sofort zurecht zu finden.

In Salalah Beach kann die Übergabe des Apartments bei Anreise und die Schlüsselrückgabe bei Abreise jeweils in der Zeit von Sonntag bis Donnerstag zwischen 9:30 Uhr und 17:30 Uhr Ortszeit erfolgen.
Well appointed premium apartment, located in the 'West Side Wing' of the emerging resort development 'Salalah Beach' in the South of the Sultanate of Oman, about 20 to 25 driving minutes away from Salalah airport.
Two upscale restaurants (Al Fanar and As Sammak) as well as a pool bar (Al Boom Bar) are located in the resort development. An additional restaurant shall be established by the middle of the year. Furthermore, some shops shall be opened during 2013.
Therefore, tenants of this holiday apartment have both options:
a) self-supply and/or
b) utilization of the existing gastronomy for breakfast, lunch and / or dinner.
The city of Salalah is - depending on the destination - about 15 to 30 driving minutes away. Further places of interest nearby are the Wadi Dirbat, the city of Taqah and the Taqah Castle as well as Sumhuram / Khawr Rori. All of them can be reached within approx. 10 to 20 driving minutes.
