Vacation rental direct by owner! We proudly present our latest Caribbean Island, das Caribbean Island Dolphin View. The house is a premium vacation rental house which offers way more than regular vacation rental houses. We built it for customers who think the same way like us and wish to have a first class vacation rental home and desire and appreciate a superiour house and equipment. You get detailed information about our brand new vacation rental home in Cape Coral that you are able to get a comprehensive idea about this beautiful home.

The Caribbean Island Dolphin View is superlative family destination and offers a 5-zone A/C, i.e. each and every suite and also the living area can be individually be controlled.

The third vacation house of the Caribbean Island Class came out as a very special shining juwel - it will catch your eye due to the elegance, Caribbean flair and colors.

We would like to emphasize the very fancy and unique pool- and sundeck on a length of 82 ft 4“ and the pool and whirlpool of a total length of about 54 ft – a daydream in blue.

The outstanding location in the easy accessible and very popular community Gold Coast Estates is another big plus for the Caribbean Island Dolphin View. All houses in Gold Coast Estates are waterfront houses, which means a very well-kept neighborhood.

The pool and lanai of this beautiful house are facing Southwest on a very wide canal with a grand view above the long and curvy canal, named Keats canal and above intersecting canals. There is sun all day – you will enjoy the beautiful sunsets in Cape Coral.

Boaters who prefer short rides to the rive will be glad to learn that you reach the river in about 2 minutes and still are in a protected area to moor the boat.

No long rides through the canals any longer. The location has direct and sailboat access, i.e. there is neither any lock nor any bridge to pass. Due to the fact that the house is located close to the river there are often dolphins, stingrays, big tarpons as well as Manatees (in the winter months) in the canal close to the house. Our – by the way entirely very friendly neighbors - confirmed that as well.

We named the Caribbean Island Dolphin View due to the fact that from day 1 we found that lot several dolphins have been our spectators – they are often playing in our backyard and seem to prefer the area.

Our house design which we ourselves planned from scratch supported by a very experienced architect, came out very well. The house was based on very elaborate scheme. It is not too ornate or pretentious, but an exclusive upscale custom vacation home overwhelming ourselves and our customers due to the sophisticated pool / whirl design. We offer your superlative family vacation home!

We offer on the oversized premises of more than 12939 sq ft an outstanding vacation home of approx. 3069 sq ft under air featuring 4 suites all ground floor.

Suite Antigua and Suite Barbados are both similar in size, also regarding the adjacent master bathrooms. The Coca-Cola Suite offers a pool bath and Suite Route 66 is also en-suite von its own bathroom. 3 of the 4 suites are located with direct access to the pool area and each bedroom is equipped with king-size beds. Suite Route 66 offers 2 extra long XL twin beds, which we can convert for you to a king-size bed as well. Big flat-screen-TVs –60” Sony HDTV in the king-size suites and a 46” Samsung in Suite Route 66, are all connected via cable and have internet access. We can offer in addition inflatable queen-size beds for larger families/groups. The Caribbean Island Dolphin View is superlative family destination and offers a 5-zone A/C, i.e. each and every suite and also the living area can be individually be controlled.

We, Juergen Kroeger and Heidi Strohschein are the owners of meanwhile 3 vacation rental homes that belong to the Caribbean Island Class, the Caribbean Island Deluxe, Caribbean Island Grand Deluxe and the brand new, just completed Caribbean Island Dolphin View. You may rent our threepremium vacation rental homes with us as the owner exclusively.

Since 2006we rent our first vacation rental house, which is like the second in an outstanding condition - like new. It is important to us to talk to the customers individually to find out their demands regarding a high end vacation rental house and to fulfill those requests. Our vacation rental houses in Cape Coral have an outstanding and extended equipment which you barely find in any vacation rental home. We make sure that our customers are able to get a high level comfort vacation house and are able to conveniently spending their vacations in our homes. Some important factors for the convenience of our guests are the A/C that can be controlled individually in each bedroom and the great rooms, first class beddings (on request German duvet beddings of the market leader) and the high end kitchen which features Villeroy & Boch dinnerware, Fissler cooking pots and cutleries from BSF, Germany. Home cinema and all mounted big lat screen tvs and complementary WLAN is another factor. Villa was lovely but owners were impossible to deal with and misled us

This was a lovely villa, in a perfect location. We requested a recommendation about renting a boat. The owners recommended a company they said they deal with a lot so we booked. We had some admin problems initially, they insisted we pay direct to them rather than via the website, but they never confirmed receipt of the deposit or the final payment, I had to chase them especially as the website was still showing it as available long after we booked and paid. They also never gave us instructions on how to get there until I asked, and then only in German. Finally though we arrived and the villa was lovely, the manager very helpful. There were a few issues with the villa, the pool was green and got steadily worse until after a few days they came and added lots of chemicals. We couldn't use it for a day as it was in service mode with the heating and filter on. You pay for all electricity used other than a small very amount, so this meant we paid for this repair. There was also a hole in the deck, covered by a cool box we were asked not to move. The worse part was the boat, it was scruffy, lots of scratches and a hole in the front, it was also very difficult to manoeuvre, and we were told it had to be lifted out of the water each night. The boat lift had a tight turn to get in, with a wooden bollard stuck right in the way. We had trouble getting it in and one day had a small bump against one of the poles which caused a dent. We had been given no insurance details, other than them telling us it was fully insured, and we assumed as the boat had existing damage we could just report this when we handed it back. This is what we did. Three days after we handed it back we got an email from the house owners (it was at this point we found out they also owned the boat). They told us because we had not reported the damage immediately our insurance was invalid and that we would have to pay for all the damage on the boat even that not caused by us, various emails followed as they kept not only the large security deposit for the boat but also the security deposit for the house (there was absolutely no issue with the house, we even stripped the beds and loaded the washing machine). We finally got one deposit back, but they are not even answering our emails about the rest. This ruined what would otherwise have been a great holiday - we would never recommend this to anyone despite the villa being lovely.

Owner's Response: Reading the above review you realize that the customers give a review about themselves, their failure to report a damage+their way dealing with this. It is not a trusted review about a house, which the customers booked separately from a boat. As the customers failed to report the damage of the boat the insurance does not pay any repair.The damage was not just a dent but a big whole through the gel coat + the fiberglass,caused costs of about USD 2600. We sent proof of everything(including pictures) to HomeAway showing the customer is not reporting the truth in many ways, e.g. it is not true that withhold back deposit of the house. Fact: house deposit was returned way earlier than it was due. Fact: guests received information about the boat damage immediately after boat return. Fact: this guests did not even mention the damage to the captain at boat return. The captain realized the hole + pointed it out. Fact: these guests strictly refuse to pay for the caused damage. Original wordings from our guests from the UK: „We had a lovely stay, though your email now concerns me very much. We were not aware of the fact that we had to report the damage...“(I informed them, insurance does not pay the damage). They confirm in their review „This was a lovely villa, in a perfect location.“Reading all- always outstanding -reviews you see every customer – even the 1 who gave us only 1 star - confirms the Caribbean Island Dolphin View is the absolutely perfect vacation house. Several guests even booked immediately again. Trusted reviews were given by all guests, except the one’s who are refusing to pay for the boat damage causing now reputation damage to us rating our house bad. We are assured that everyone who reads this is able to make his own realistic decision. Perfect!

Dolphin view is very true. We saw Dolphins or manatee's most every day. Sigrid did a wonderful job as manager, and made great suggestions for food and activities. We were four couples, and each had a large bedroom and bathroom. Each bedroom had a large screen TV. The living area and kitchen had a sliding glass wall that opened to the screened pool and terrace. The large dock with tiki hut was a perfect place to read, sun or enjoy happy hour watching for dolphins. We highly recommend this beautiful house for a family get together or group of old friends. AWESOME

We have rented this house twice now. The first time (March 2014) with our children and grandchildren. Then we came back with a group of friends. It is the most well equipped house we have ever rented. Neighborhood is peaceful, close to shopping and restaurants. The house is very clean. We were able to meet Heidi, the owner, who is very nice and informative. Sigrid, the property manager, is a gem to say the least. She has lived in Cape Coral for a number of years and is very helpful with must see sites to see while in Cape Coral. We hope we are able to return here again soon. Absolutely perfect!

We rented this house for a week in January 2015. We loved it from the moment we walked in. It is luxurious, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. The pool is really special, and is especially great for a family with small children. The sun shelf in the pool is a unique feature that provides a perfect place for children to play, where they can be easily watched while you work on your tan. The baby gates allowed us to relax in the evenings while our children were able to play both inside and outside. The kitchen is very well-appointed, and even has a Belgian waffle maker! We treasure many memories of our time there, particularly the evenings watching the sunsets and dolphins. We loved this house so much that we immediately rented it again, for 2 weeks in February 2016. We can't wait to go back. Daniel and Selena from Toronto.

Beautiful House!!

This house was stunning! It exceeded all of our expectations and more. We hardly left the house as the pool area was so relaxing. The bedrooms were very nice with a big screen TV and each of us had our own bathroom. The property manager was so nice and helpful if we had a question too. Exceeded our expectations!

This house was fantastic! It was beyond what we hoped for, as we kept finding more details. The master suites/baths were huge and beautiful. Our favorite part was eating breakfast by the pool and seeing the dolphins in the canal early in the mornings. We definitely want to return. We have rented other houses in Cape Coral and none match the quality of this one. David and Cheryl
