The El Paraiso complex is located in the beautiful Sa Vinyola residence (Campos municipality, Sa Rapita village), just 2 km from the gorgeous Es Trenc sand beach. The complex has an ample pool area (including children's pool). The beloved Es Trenc natural beach and the surrounding golf courses of Son Antem, Son Gual, and Maioris are only a short drive away.

Each property has a maximum occupancy of 4 adults (+ children); properties contain a well-lit living/dining room, a modern and fully-equipped open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, terraces with sea view. For a fee, cribs and additional beds are available upon request!

The houses and ground floor apartments contain their own private garden. The townhouses and penthouse apartments are provided with a spacious terrace with sea view. All properties are luxuriously furnished.

The layout is as follows: a large living/dining area with direct access to the garden, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a roofed and open terrace, as well as a private roof terrace with a view of the sea. Modern kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge with separate freezer, an oven, ceramic stove-top, coffee maker, toaster, electric blender, satellite TV. You will also find a washing machine, ironing board, iron, bed linens, towels, and dish rags.

The furniture and the home décor vary in the indivdual houses - they are, however, all held to the same high standard of quality and functionality. In terms of size and distribution, the townhouses are not different. The private gardens, however, are slightly different in size.

The Residence Club links the immediate vicinity to the sea, with the right distance to the normal tourist thoroughfares.

The beloved Es Trenc natural beach and the surrounding golf courses of Son Antem, Son Gual, and Maioris are only a short drive away.

Numerous bike paths run north along the coast towards the Randa Mountains, where the mountain stage of your bike tour awaits. The south side of the island is the ideal place for novice and advanced cyclists alike to enjoy an active holiday!

The area's two marinas (Puerto Sa Rapita and Puerto S'Estanyol) offer fans of water sports everything they could possibly desire. All kinds of boats can be rented, and activities include diving, sailing, jet-ski rentals, windsurfing, and kitesurfing -- a wide variety of options are available.

Experience the pristine natural landscape, the dolphins, and the vast array of plants and wildlife! Enjoy a nice boat trip to the Cabrera Island conservation area with the entire family.

Restaurant/bar:

The Can Toto restaurant offers fresh rolls throughout the year, while gourmet food is on offer from morning to evening. The rooftop patio of the restaurant building serves as a bar lounge and is perfect for an evening get-together.

Supermarket:

Depending on the season, the restaurant building also offers common goods (convenience store). For larger shopping trips, we recommend the larger supermarkets in Campos, 8 km away: Eroski, Lidl, Mercadona, or Müller Market. There are also two discount stores right on the seaside promenade in Sa Rapita.

Mini-golf:

The 18-hole mini-golf course is perfect for young and old. You can play for a small entrance fee. The mini-golf course can be seen from the restaurant patio, meaning you can let your little ones play a few rounds on their own.

Indoor fitness club and spa (Note! Access only for bookings of sports groups by prior arrangement!):

A small yet nice gym is open year-round and contains the newest models of electric fitness devices. In addition, there is a mixed sauna area with separate changing and shower rooms. The sauna can be heated up on demand and is available for use from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. without charge.

Massage/physical therapy/performance evaluation:

On the upper level of the spa building, there is a massage area and the medical facilities for the bike team medical groups. Massages are offered year-round on demand.

Peak performance centre - RUN-BIKE-SWIM:

Close to the apartment area, the perfect environment for athletic activities is waiting for you! Below the restaurant and spa areas, the biking centre is open year-round for your use and belongs to the Müsing Bikes group from Germany. With more than 150 bikes in all categories, from children's bikes to pro racing and mountain bikes, you'll have every opportunity to enjoy an active vacation. The bike rental and the workshop are open year-round. Guided tours and presentations are offered during the biking season - from February to May and September to October. In the spa building, there is a second indoor training area that is part of the biking centre.

Conference room:

The fully-equipped conference room can be made available for bicycle group presentations or group events for up to 60 people. You can also rent out the room for your personal event for a small fee.

Fairer Preis für das, was geboten wurde! Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und dem drumherum. Toller Strand, saubere und neue Wohnungen, ein Fitnessstudio , eine Sauna, Massage-Center - all das machte unseren Aufenthalt perfekt! Besser als ein 5-Sterne-Hotel! Reasonable price, great time!

We enjoyed a week in march at this remarkable place. 6 children, 4 adults, 2 houses (37 and 36). High class houses, new furniture, nice garden area. Very clean and safe place there, sea view from bedrooms balcony. Separate children pool area, great beach only 5 minutes away. Truly a recommendable calm idyll near the sea!!! We`ll be back for sure…Targo M. and the others

Es war Spitze!!

Unsere Familie zählt sich zu den Hobbyradlern und wir verbrachten die erste Märzwoche in dieser Anlage. Super Häuser, tolle Einrichtung der Objekte und eine sehr herzliche Betreuung vor Ort! Wir haben zwei Mountainbikes und zwei Kinderräder reserviert und alles hat super funktioniert. Ein Techniker vom Radverleih hat uns die Räder übergeben, eingestellt und los ging`s! Unendliche Radwege durch die schöne Natur. Die ganze Familie war begeistert und wir empfehlen diesen Ort sicherlich weiter! Leider war das Restaurant direkt vor Ort noch geschlossen. Beste Grüße aus Deutschland! Maurice und Familie

Really good time!

If you really need rest, then you will be perfectly happy with "El Paraiso". The view into the nature and towards Randa mountain is balm for body and soul!

The pool is very well maintained and invites you at any time to go for a swim - nevertheless we spend most of the time at the Es Trenc beach. The interior of the object, we were accommodated in house N ° 14, is harmonious modern in every respect.

If you want to have the hustle and bustle, then Palma can be reached by car within 25 minutes.

Sa Rapita itself is a former fishing village, offering at least until about 1130 p.m. all the infrastructure you need. Bars, restaurants, etc. you find on the beach promenade.
