Total relaxation - a detached house right next to a golf course and Mount Montgó

Unwind in your own home overlooking the luscious green of a golf course and the Parc Natural el Montgó. Enjoy a swim in your own pool or relax on a deck chair in the private garden.

The Villa El Pinaret with a floor space of about 80 sqm is located in a 330 sqm garden with direct views of the La Sella golf course at the foot of Montgó mountain. The region is known for its mild climate, which is particularly beneficial to those suffering from respiratory problems and rheumatism.

The details: Private swimming pool in a private garden, 2 bedrooms (the larger one with a large balcony and air-conditioning), 2 bathrooms (1 with a bath, 1 with a shower), fireplace, large living / dining area with air conditioning, kitchen with dishwasher / oven / coffee machine / toaster , WiFi, carport, approx. 50 sqm terrace, satellite TV, stereo, and a small library (mostly books in German), board games. The villa sleeps up to 4 people.

The building has two air conditioning units: one in the master bedroom, one on the ground floor.

There is a jogging path leading straight from the house through old orange and almond groves.

The beautiful beach of Javea (Xabia) is only about 10 minutes away by car. Long beach walks can be enjoyed at Denia, about 12 minutes drive away.

The urban centres of Denia and Javea (Xabia) are about 10 minutes drive away, where you can relax with a cup of coffee, tapas or a beer.

In both towns you will find everything you need: supermarkets, drug stores, pharmacies, farmer’s markets, doctors, hospital, flea markets, banks.

The ports are worth seeing, too: the new marina in Denia and the old port in Javea both have their own, particular charm.

A new shopping centre is located at Ondara (5 minutes by car) with a cinema, restaurants and a variety of shops.

Gepflegtes Urlaubsdomizil nahe Denia, perfekt gelegen insb. für Golfer und Wanderer

Wir haben schon mehrfach unseren Urlaub in diesem Haus verbracht. Das Haus liegt ruhig, ist gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Garten mit Pool wunderschön, mit einem tollen Ausblick ins Grüne. Die Übergabe des Hauses bei An- und Abreise durch die nette Verwalterin hat bisher jeweils reibungslos geklappt. Die Lage eignet sich insbesondere für Golfspieler, das Golf Resort La Sella ist ca. 5 Autominuten entfernt. Auch zum Wandern ist die Gegend perfekt (ein Aufstieg auf den nahegelegenen Montgó ist zu empfehlen). Denia mit seinem kilometerlangen Sandstrand ist mit dem Auto in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen, eine tolle Stadt zu bummeln mit vielen netten Lokalen.

Our house is located in the charming and peaceful Urbanización La Sella at the foot of the Montgo in the first row facing the golf course and the mountains.

It is just a few metres to the golf course. At the reception of the Urbanización, there are tennis courts, riding stables, an internet cafe, a pharmacy, a small supermarket and a restaurant.

Only a few minutes away by car, the classical sandy bay of Javea (Xabia) or the long sandy beaches of Denia are located.

The attractive old town of Denia or Jeava (Xabia) invites you to linger.
