The house "el sueno blanco" went in 2013 for the first time in the rental. It is located in the very beautiful place L'ametlla de Mar in the urbanization Tres Calas.

Description:

• Living space 130m², plot 520m²

• All windows have aluminum shutters. The drive is electric. Operation is by remote control (from the bed). Each room has its own remote control, plus a master remote control for all shutters.

• The house has an alarm system with direct connection to the security service incl. Video surveillance (of course only when arming the system). So your valuables in the absence are very well protected. The entrance door is particularly secured against burglary.

• The front door has an intercom system with video to the front gate.

• The designer kitchen is fully equipped and very high quality (eg. B .: induction stove) overlooking a private Bonsai.

• The pool has LED lighting. Optionally may be blue, green or red illuminated the pool. A continuous color change is also possible.

* The pool is heated outside the summer months and has a cover

• The outdoor facilities are exclusively designed incl. Outdoor shower.

• All rooms have air conditioning which can also be used for the heating of premises,

• The hot water via solar panels.

• The gate for entrance opens electrically as well as the garage.

Great holiday

we have just spent a week in this wonderful villa with Our teenage daughter and her friend. The villa is filled with top quality appliances and the furniture was also top quality and very comfortable. The owner was very helpful and sent lots of useful information before our arrival. The pool and terrace was very well maintained and immaculate. The beaches nearby were all very beautiful.The nearest beach just a few minutes walk down the road is very picturesque but would advise water shoes if you wanted to swim in the sea as it was made up of shingles and large pebbles. Cala Forn is a lovely sandy beach with bar within walking distance or a few minutes drive. There is a restaurant just a few mins walk away pizzeria Esmeralda we went here twice and the food and service were both excellent especially the pizzas.We visited Barcelona on the train from L'Amettla we were a bit unsure but but figured out you get on the train and pay the conductor you need the platform on the same side as the car parking and sea it cost €84 return for 4 people . Check the timetables as we missed a return by a minute and had to wait 1hour 30 mins for the next one.The kids spent a day at portaventura which with traffic took about 40 mins.This is a great place to relax we spent lazy days around the pool and using the BBQ . There is a motorised extending canopy over the pool area that you can adjust to suit your shade requirements.The villa felt very secure with motorised shutters modern alarm system and remote control gate and locking pedestrian gate. The bikes that are available were very useful for the teenagers to go off exploring and the large hammock was very relaxing.We would highly recommend this villa .

Einfach nur toll

Ich möchte es mit wenigen Worten beschreiben. Das Haus ist von außen super, die Inneneinrichtung excellent. Der Pool und der Garten super, bei Nacht ganz tolle Beleuchtung. Die Klimaanlage läßt einen ausgezeichnet schlafen, auch wenn draußen hohe Temperaturen sind. Die Ausstattung ist mehr als vollständig, inklusive Fahrräder. Kleine Buchten und Strände in kurzer Distanz. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten genügend vorhanden, große und moderne Supermärkte wie Mercadona und Lidl. Die Gegend ist extrem ruhig, die Polizei fährt regelmäßig Streife. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes modernes Haus

Super schönes neues und modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Ferienhaussiedlung. Wir waren jetzt schon zum zweiten

Mal hier und es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist stilvoll und modern eingerichtet. Es ist ganz anders als der typische spanische Finkastil was uns aber sehr gut gefallen hat. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist hochwertig, die Betten haben sehr gute Matratzen und die Küche ist perfekt augestattet. Der neue Internetzugang ist sehr schnell. Der Außenbereich ist sehr gepflegt (jede Woche kommt der Poolservice und der Gärtner) und es gibt einen schönen Grillplatz. Die Terrassen Möbel und Liegen sind von sehr guter Qulität und Garten und Pool sind im Dunkeln schön illuminiert. In der Garage stehen Fahrräder im guten Zustand bereit. Für Menschen ab 1.80 kann es zwar mit der Sattelhöhe etwas knapp werden aber für die kurzen Wege zum Strand oder dem Restaurant völlig ausreichend. Der nächste Kiesstrand ist keine 5 Fußminuten entfernt. Der nächste Sandstrand mit einer niedlichen Bodega mit leckerem Fisch vom Grill ist zu Fuß 15 Minuten und mit dem Rad 10 Minuten etfernt. Das Restaurant in der Siedlung ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. In den Ort gelangt man zu Fuß in ca. 40 Minuten mit den PKW in ca. 10. Der nächste große Supermarkt ist ca. 10 Autominuten entfernt. Vom Flughafen Barcelona ist das Haus in 90 Minuten erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell und unkompliziert. Noch eine Anmerkung zur Hausbeschreibung auf Fewo: dort steht viel über Alarmanlage und Sicherheit. Wir hatten nicht im mindesten das Gefühl, dass es sich auch nur annähernd um eine gefährliche Gegend handelt! Also nicht irritieren lassen. Die Technik ist da wird aber u. E. nicht wirklich benötigt, wenn das Haus bewohnt ist. Wir würden es immer wieder buchen!

The 16 km long coast of L'Ametlla de Mar is one of the most charming and unspoilt landscapes of the Mediterranean coast. Small bays are found here as well as in rich number of beaches.

Some beaches and bays have a fine, white sand, other small fine stones. All are surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation where the colors and smells of nature and the sea to their full advantage. Catalonia vacationers who want to spend a beautiful, fun-filled day with the whole family in Spain, can visit the Port Aventura in Salou. The park is located about 30 minutes from L'ametlla de Mar. It is an amusement park that is unparalleled. Port Aventura offers a variety of attractions, shows and activities for children and adults of all ages. The park is one of the largest amusement parks in Europe, visited by travelers from all over the world like. Also, a water park, the Caribe Aquatic Park, located next to the Port Aventura Park and is in the summer months always well attended.
