Desbrull Gran is a centrally located, comfortable townhouse apartment in Pollença, which boasts a calm location on a side street, just two minutes from the Plaza Mayor. The apartment is very well-lit and friendly, and has been furnished in the Mediterranean style. Desbrull Gran is located on the first floor of a Majorcan house, with stairs leading up from the small, central side street up to the entrance door of the apartment. The living room is accessed via a small entryway. On the left, there is a completely furnished, top-range, and fully equipped kitchen with a dining table that seats up to 6. Further on, down the small hallway, there is a dining room with another dining table for up to 6 people. An arch leads into the living room with two sofas, satellite TV, a DVD player, a stereo system, and Wi-Fi. The dining room opens onto a small skylight with a terrace and a glass dome, a king of conservatory/patio with sliding glass doors, which is furnished a table that seats up to 4 people, or 6 in a pinch. This patio/terrace can be accessed from the kitchen as well. A window from the kitchen faces the patio, making it a kind of passageway. Next to the patio is the guest bathroom with a toilet and shower. Stairs lead from the entryway to the bedrooms. There are two double bedrooms and two complete bathrooms, as well as a further multiuse room with two children's bed. The multiuse room opens onto the second-floor terrace with awning. The roof terrace is completely furnished with a dining table that seats up to 6, as well as two reclining chairs. A practical awning provides shade during the hot summer days, while allowing for pleasant evenings under the Mediterranean sky.

Wunderbar erholsam !

Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zum Abschied eine sehr angenehme Kommunikation und Betreuung. Alle für das Objekt angegebenen Daten stimmen zu 100% (außer der positiven Überraschung, dass es eher ein Haus als ein Appartement ist). Es ist sehr gepflegt, in jeder Beziehung hervorragend ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist sehr günstig ( 1-2 Minuten zur Plaza ), Park ( 30 Sekunden) Dauerparkplatz etwas weiter ( 4 -5 Minuten zu Fuß, direkt vor dem Haus ist das Parken wegen der geringen Straßenbreite nicht ratsam ). Küche auch für ambitionierte Selberkocher geeignet, gleichwohl gibt es nahezu unzählige, sehr gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wer Stadtkultur mit Erholungswert sucht, der ist hier rundherum richtig aufgehoben. Ich würde es wieder anmieten und kann es uneingeschränkt empfehlen !

Tolles Stadthaus-Appartment in Spitzen-Lage

Wir haben dieses Jahr während der Osterferien für 10 Tage in diesem Apartment gewohnt und waren rundum zufrieden. Apartment ist fast das falsche Wort, eigentlich fühlt es sich durch die zwei Etagen an wie ein eigenes Haus. Alles ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und war sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt! Die Lage ist ebenfalls toll, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Placa entfernt und somit hat man jede Menge Läden, Restaurants etc. in Laufentfernung, was wir auch so wollten. Parken ist ein kleines Problem, aber das ist fast überall in Pollenca der Fall und nach ein paar Runden haben wir letztlich immer einen Platz gefunden. Der Kontakt zur Agentur bzw. Vermieter war auch sehr nett und herzlich - kurzum eine sehr schöne Urlaubserfahrung und wir können dieses Domizil uneingeschränkt empfehlen - auch für Familien mit Kindern! (Wir hatten zwei schulpflichtige Kinder dabei).

Tolle und zentrale Stadtwohnung

Eigentlich ist es ein Stadthaus...Eigener Eingang und Wohnen auf 2 Ebenen...Patio...Dachterrasse. Sehr sauber und großzügig ausgestattet... Es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Erstklassige Lage...Man ist in weniger als einer Minute am Placa Major und durch die Lage in einer kleinen Seitenstraße ist es auch noch ruhig... Parkplätze sind in nächster Nähe ausreichend zu finden...Die Betreuung durch Karin und Jaume ist sehr herzlich...Fazit: Bedingungslos zu empfehlen...

Große schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir suchten eine schöne Ferienwohnung. Vorgefunden haben wir eine wunderschöne, großzügige, gut ausgestattetes Stadthaus in der Nähe des Placa Major. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Umgebung. Auch die Gastronomie in der Nähe ließ keine Wünsche offen. In diesem großzügigen Stadthaus, haben wir alles gefunden was wir uns für unseren Urlaub gewünscht haben. Ein modernes, mit viel Liebe eingerichtetes und überaus gepflegtes Stadthaus mit Patio und Dachterrasse. Alles zum Wohlfühlen und vieles in der Umgebung zu Fuß erreichbar.

Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen!

Auch der Kontakt mit Karin und Jaume war sehr herzlich.

Vielen Dank, wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Pollenca!

Große gepflegte Stadtwohnung

Wir suchten eine großzügige, gut ausgestattete Wohnung nur ein paar Meter vom Zentrum der Stadt - der Placa Major - entfernt, als Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Umgebung einerseits und der Gastronomie in der Nähe andererseits. Mit dieser großzügigen ruhigen Stadtwohnung (eher ein Stadthaus, OG,DG) haben wir gefunden was wir suchten. Moderne, sehr gepflegte Ausstattung, mit Patio und Dachterrasse. Alles zum Wohlfühlen und vieles in der Umgebung zu Fuß erreichbar.

Wir können uns auch für die Zukunft diese Wohnung als ständigen Urlaubsstandort gut vorstellen.

Nicht zu vergessen ist der überaus herzliche Empfang und die Fürsorge von Karin und Jaume. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

The Desbrull Gran townhouse/apartment is located in the town centre of Pollença and is ideally located on a side street just 2 minutes away from Plaza Mayor. It is a central location that remains quite peaceful. The property is easy to get to, sometimes parking is even available directly in front of the house. Otherwise, there is parking available on the nearby streets, or 5 minutes away in the public parking lot by the bus station. Pollença's old town is probably one of the most quaint and traditional of northern Majorca. The town has an idyllic situation at the foot of the Tramuntana range, which have recently acquired the status of a World Heritage Site because of their special nature. You can enjoy the town of Pollença at any time of day: whether breakfasting in one of the coffee houses, shopping in one of the boutiques, gift stores, or jewellery stores. There are plenty of art galleries, museums, and various restaurants where you can enjoy a meal at lunch- or dinnertime, or even let the day go by while you enjoy a glass of wine on the picturesque market plaza. The market fills Pollença with colours and life on Sunday mornings. In the narrow streets around the market plaza, there are stands with various articles for sale that are as original and tasteful as the town itself. You can supply your fruit and vegetable needs for the week, as well as discovering traditional Majorcan products that are a true joy for the palate. Pollença also offers numerous delicatessens, with an ample assortment of Majorcan products. These gourmet shops also have their own wine section, where you can find classic Spanish wines like Rioja, Navarra, Ribera del Duero, Somontana, Rueda, and, of course, local Majorcan wine. There are plenty of wineries around Majorca, with the newest census showing around 70 in all. Through the years, the island has become a top-range wine region, whose relatively young wines are a true delight. If you are a fan of getting your wine right from the estate, there are countless possibilities here on Majorca, some of which are available in Pollença itself and the surrounding area. We're happy to provide you with our wine guides. Pollença harbour is perfect for memorable walks along the seaside or just strolling along the pine-lined beach promenade and the exclusive marina. There is also no shortage of athletic activities such as surfing, kite-surfing, sailing (hobbycat, catamaran, sailboat), jet-ski, water-ski, and much more. And if you're into shopping: Pollença and the Port de Pollença offer an ample array of businesses and restaurants, from traditional Majorcan restaurants with fresh fish right from the bay to somewhat more exotic Indian or Japanese restaurants. Your choice: traditional or exotic. Cala San Vicente is the next bay over from Pollença. It is the jewel of Pollença, with a picturesque bay in the middle of the Tramuntina mountain chain, with a view of the colours of the Mediterranean and the emblematic Cavall Bernat Mountain. Cavall Bernat has been the subject of many local and international painters from Majorca's 'belle époque' in the beginning of the 20th century. During this time, Pollença and its surroundings, both in art and people, stood out for their modernity, their cosmopolitan worldview, and their modern point of view.
