Casa La Brisa

This pretty holiday home is located in Cala Pi. At the front of the house there is a covered terrace overlooking the garden. This is beautifully decorated with palm trees and Mediterranean plants. Behind the house is another covered terrace with a connected open terrace. The covered terrace you will find a relaxing place to escape the midday sun. Both terraces are equipped with modern lounge furniture. The rear portion of the property is adjacent to an adjacent greenbelt.

You enter into a spacious living-dining room. The living room is equipped with a comfortable couch. Through the large windows to enjoy the views in the front garden. With a glass of wine, you can spend a pleasant evening here. The dining room offers enough space for 6 people.

The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob with oven, fridge freezer, etc. accessible from living-dining room. A hatch gives a view into the living area. The side of the kitchen is a separate utility room with a washing machine. Through the dining room leads to the rear covered terrace and adjoining open terrace. There are three beautiful and bright bedrooms. Wall cabinets offer you ample storage space for your luggage. Bed linen is provided free of charge in the house.

Furthermore, there are 2 bathrooms in the house. One with shower bath, bidet, toilet and wash basin, the other bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin. The shower bath and the shower have a fixed shower door. Towels, bath towels and beach towels are provided for you.

Side of the house, on the neighboring property is the large pool with another sun terrace. The pool is located in a secluded gardens of the houses. The elevated pool property is a large hedge, separated for privacy to the neighboring house. This large pool is used only by these two houses! The pool is accessible via a Roman staircase. On the pool terrace you will find more comfortable seating, inviting a large umbrella and sun loungers for relaxing after swimming and soaking in the sun. The small tranquil resort of Cala Pi is located on the south coast of Majorca. On the promontory projecting into the sea of ​​Cala Pi wakes a medieval tower. From here you can enjoy the magnificent views, past the housing developments Vallgonera and Espås over to Estrenc beach and Colonia Sant Jordi. If you look out to sea, so is a look at the nature reserve island of Cabrera. The Cala Pi Bay is one of the most beautiful bays in Majorca. The bay is reached via a stone staircase from the site. Die am 01.07.2016 von der Balearen Regierung eingeführte Tourismus-Steuer Ecotasa ist bei Anreise bar vor Ort zzgl. der Restzahlung an den Hausservice zu entrichten. Die Steuer wird vom Eigentümer komplett an das zuständige Finanzamt abgeführt.
Zu zahlen in der Reisezeit vom 01.05. bis 31.10. sind:

Die Poolnutzung in der Zeit vom 01.11. bis 30.04. ist auf Wunsch (15€ täglich) möglich.
Am Anreisetag ist eine Kaution von 300€ in bar zu zahlen, diese Kaution wird Ihnen am Abreisetag wieder erstattet.
