Room 2: bedroom with bunk bed and single bed. Desk with internet connection (Cot available on request). Panoramic views of the lake, Brissago islands and Ascona. Exit to large balcony with dining table.

Reduit with wardrobe and washing machine, iron.

The change is terraced with stone walls. Many Mediterranean plants. Seat of Ticino granite with beautiful views of the lake towards Italy.

Large balcony (south) with large dining table and fantastic views. From the balcony exit on seat next to the house. Seats with 4 deck chairs with sun roof and lava stone grill.

The house is habitable ganzzjährig, has an electric heater with thermostat. Pets are allowed only in the winter season REQUESTS.

The detached holiday home for sole use is located on the outskirts of the picturesque Ronco s. Ascona, very quiet, south facing, terraced, with stunning views of Lake Maggiore (180 ° panorama), Ascona far to Italy, the Brissago Islands and the surrounding mountains.

A private car park is on the road. Access to the property is via a staircase from there, down (about 50 steps). A grocery store, restaurants, post office and the public bus stop are easily accessible on foot in about 2-3 minutes.
