Villa da Eira is a wonderfully quiet holiday home in the hills of Bordeira in the district of Faro. Unforgettable panoramic view to the southeast, from the seductive sparkling sea, both from the large terrace and from the living room. Upon entering the house falls on this view. The dining table is right behind floor to ceiling windows and offers guests plenty of space. Through two glass doors, one enters into the living room with comfortable seating and another dining table. This is followed by the fully equipped kitchen. In adjacent utility room is a washing machine. In back of the house, the three bedrooms are housed, which, like the living room all equipped with air conditioning. The two smaller rooms share a bathroom in the hallway, the master bedroom has its own bathroom en suite.

An additional 'room' is used for most of the year, the wonderful terrace with 50m² large pool, brick barbecue and plenty of space for sunbathing. For shade provide either a cozy pergola, an awning or various umbrellas. Seating and chairs are plentiful. A small staircase leads to the garden, where there are around the house to discover typical trees, shrubs, cacti and Agarven. designed especially loving the small stone terrace with two benches is under an ancient carob tree. Here seated, you can watch his companions a game of boules on our own path and in the background opens again the indescribable view ...

Sehr tolles Ferienhaus super zum entspannen

Die Lage des Hauses war perfekt im grünen und ruhig gelegen. Die Strände kann man in wenigen autominuten erreichen. Das Haus, der Pool und die Gartennlage sind sehr gepflegt. Wir würden wieder kommen und das Haus auch weiter empfehlen. Liebe grüsse M.G und I.B

Maison en pleine campagne très agréable

Maison très agréable, au calme, en pleine campagne, totalement conforme à la description qui en est faite.

Un seul regret : hormis les personnes en charge de l'entretien de la piscine et déménage, nous n'avons vu personne pour nous accueillir...dommage.

Nous recommandons cette maison aux familles qui souhaitent etre au calme, avec vue dégagée sur la campagne et la mer. Piscine agréable mais attention : pas de protection pour des très jeunes enfants.

Nous reviendrons probablement.

Havre de repos, au calme avec vue magnifique !

Correspond réellement à la description & aux photos du site. La climatisation a été très appréciée dans la chambre principale & le salon. Très bien située & propre. Piscine régulièrement entretenue. Avons fait du kayak & du SUP (Stand Up Paddle) aux alentours. A recommander sans souci

Villa da Eira is extremely quiet in the mountains north of the Algarve capital Faro and offers a magnificent view of the coast. The nearest supermarket is 1.5 km away in Bordeira, where there are also recommended restaurants. At a distance of 3-5 km you will find the middle-sized towns of Santa Barbara de Nexe and Estoi with its impressive palace and the Milreu excavation site. And even for the larger cities Loulé and São Brás de Alportel you do not have to drive more than 7 km. There are numerous supermarkets and weekly market and especially in Loulé a lively pedestrian zone to stroll and linger.

Whoever pulls it to the sea, has star-shaped various possibilities. While it is more touristy towards the west and soon the rocky Algarve begins with its bizarre cliffs, lures east the lagoon Ria Formosa with its rich flora and fauna and the gorgeous beaches on the offshore islands, which are by bridge (at Faro) or by Ferry (from Faro, Olhão, Fuseta, Tavira ...) reached.

If the children whine, the gates of various amusement parks are open during the summer. Otherwise, many places want to be visited, in the hinterland invites the Serra to hikes and on weekends, it is worthwhile to visit one of the many antique and gypsy markets.
