About this property

This year for the first time we are renting out our cozy, and with much love fitted house. The house was renovated from the bones in 2013. On 95 square meters, the house offers space for up to six guests. On the first floor a spacious bedroom equipped with a double bed (180x 200), a fully equipped kitchen, an eating area as well as a separated eating room and a bathroom with Toilet and shower are located. On the upper floor, a second spacious bedroom with double bed (180x200) invites its guests to relax during their vacations. The living room offers next to TV, Radio/CD and DVD-Player also a wood stove for cozy hours together. A studio couch offers a sleeping possibility to two more people. In order to enjoy the beautiful view, the balcony can be entered from the hallway located on the upper floor.
In the basement there is a additional bathroom located as well as a washing machine.
On the property there has been a sand table installed (summer 2013).

Wunschlos Glücklich

Wir sind das erste mal nach Schweden gefahren und waren nach den tollen Rezessionen auch sicher, das es das perfekte Ferienhaus für uns ist. Der Empfang war toll, warmherzig und persönlich. Ein Rundgang durchs Haus mit genauen Erklärungen, da war keine Frage mehr offen und wir fühlten uns sofort pudelwohl. Super ausgestattet, liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber. Es war eine tolle Zeit, wir waren viel am See baden, das Ruderboot wurde auch sehr gerne genutzt. Wir haben bei Fragen sofort Hilfe erhalten und auch Tipps für Ausflüge bekommen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Villa zum Wohlfühlen

Wir hatten das große Glück, drei Wochen in der Villa hög tomta wohnen zu dürfen. Es hat uns an gar nichts gefehlt. Eine solch übermäßig gut ausgestattete Küche haben wir zuvor nirgends vorgefunden. Die Zimmer sind geräumig mit genügend Stauraum, um Gepäck für drei Wochen unterzubringen. An den tollen Garten mit der tollen Fußballwiese, den Spielgeräten, Sitzgelegenheiten und den vielen Beerensträuchern werden wir uns immer gern erinnern. In Totebo fanden wir Erwachsenen mit den Nachbarn und Hausverwaltern freundliche und aufgeschlossene Ansprechpartner. Danke für die vielen Plaudereien an der Treppe und Eure Aufmerksamkeiten zu jeder Zeit. Und unsere Söhne hatten Ferienfreunde gefunden, da im nahen Umfeld weitere Ferienhäuser gelegen sind. Wenn wir doch einmal etwas beim Einkauf in Vimmerby oder Västervik vergessen hatten, war täglich inkl. Sonntag der kleine Laden in Totebo geöffnet...oder man half sich nachbarschaftlich aus. Unsere Kinder haben wir ohne Bedenken unbegleitet zum Spielplatz und zum Fußballplatz von Totebo gehen lassen. Die Straßen sind kaum befahren und das Örtchen verglichen mit unserem städtischen Alltagslärm sehr ruhig. Das Läuten des Bahnübergangs der Schmalspurbahn ersetzt das Läuten einer Kirchturmglocke. Uns ist das Zuschauen beim Vorbeifahren nie langweilig geworden. Unvergessen werden auch unsere Bootsfahrten und Plantschen am Badesee bleiben. Danke für die Vermietung dieser tollen Villa, Timo!

Wunderbare Basis für gemütliche Ferien

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, das Haus sehr groß und gemütlich eingerichtet, üppige Ausstattung der Küche, überdachter Freisitz im großen Garten - kurzum: hier muss man sich einfach wohl fühlen

Wohlfühlen in Smaland

Schöne kleine Villa

Die Villa hög tomta ist sehr gemütlich und die Küche ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet. Die Eltern des Vermieters wohnen nebenan und sorgen für ein herzliches Willkommen. Sie stehen für Fragen und Tipps immer bereit. Die Kinder können sich auf dem Grundstück austoben und als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge liegt Totebo perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
