Our detached house stands on a round 1. 000 sqm leafy grounds.
It has a living room, a bedroom with bathroom, two further bedrooms and another bathroom and a kitchen, two conservatories and a sun terrace on the south side of the house.
From the living room and the terrace you have distance and panoramic view of Südlanzarote, the Atlantic Ocean and Fuerteventura. With an open view up to the mountains and to the village of La Asomada one enjoys from the usually used as a dining conservatory at the rear of the house.
The living room has a fireplace.
The house is fully furnished and equipped - incl. Bed and table linen, hand and bath towels, washing machine, safe, sun beds, television reception via ASTRA satellite with all German channels.
We look after our guests and apartments since 1993 personally on Lanzarote on site.

Lanzarote is the ideal vacation destination for anyone wanting to escape to a sunny paradise with few tourists. I was able to fully enjoy all that the island has to offer, thanks to the warm hospitality provided at this home during my stay. The cozy atmosphere, enhanced by the cottage's location in a residential neighborhood, allowed my family to see the famous sites by day and retreat to our private haven by evening. After relaxed breakfasts and cookouts (using the built-in BBQ grill) -- all with the romantic horizon as our backdrop -- we were convinced that our vacation at this cottage was the very definition of Heaven on Earth.
The service is friendly and impeccable, and you will receive daily touring and dining recommendations from the owner, who has lived on Lanzarote for twenty years and knows the island like the back of her hand. For us, staying at this idyllic home was crucial in making the most of our vacation. Regardless of whether you are traveling with family, friends, or your significant other, lodging and accommodations are key to building any fantastic trip, and I wholeheartedly recommend this cottage. With brand new appliances and furnishings, we had all the comforts and convenience of home throughout our stay. I still often look through my vacation photos and I can't wait to go back! :)
The cottage we stayed was very spacious and clean. The owner provided us with some welcoming gifts such as wine and cheese. The weather was wonderful and the ocean view was to die for. We will definitely be back!!
Wir haben 10 Nächte in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist gut, auch von der in Abstand vorbeiführenden Landstraße bekommt man nur ganz wenig mit. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig, bisweilen garnicht wahrnehmbar.
Anfangs war es noch nicht so warm, es gibt aber in einem Wintergarten ein kleines Öfchen und im Wohnzimmer den Kaminofen, für den auch Feuerholz bereit stand. Dann wurde das Wetter deutlich wärmer und wir hätten uns etwas mehr Schatten auf der Terrasse gewünscht. Der vorhandene Sonnenschirm war etwas klein für uns.
Wir fanden das Haus sauber und ungezieferfrei vor und -was wir sehr nett fanden- mit Wasser, Wein und Bier im Kühlschrank. Während unseres Aufenthaltes kam dann noch der Nachbar vorbei und brachte uns frische Eier. Wir haben uns gut erholt und empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter.
Casa molto bella situata in posizione strategica per raggiungere tutti gli hotspot presenti sull'isola, ma al tempo stesso lontana dal turismo di massa che trovate nei mille apart-hotel di Puerto del Carmen. Noi eravamo in tre, io, mia moglie e il nostro figlioletto di diciotto mesi e la casa era fin troppo grande per noi, ma in ogni caso lo spazio e le comodità piacciono a tutti, tanto che ho sistemato mia moglie e il bambino in una camera [la casa ne ha tre] e per me mi sono preso la camera padronale, lol, dotata di spazioso bagno e di una doccia magnifica. Praticamente la casa è interamente circondata da un bagno di sole e dal bellissimo giardino di alberi e piante grasse, la vs. privacy è assoluta, il quartiere silenzioso e nessuno disturberà né il vostro sonno, né il vostro relax. A due minuti di auto trovate un supermercato fornitissimo, così come ben fornita è la cucina, nella quale veramente non manca nulla. La proprietaria è una signora molto cordiale e disponibile che per l'occasione all'arrivo ci ha fatto trovare la casa piena di giocattoli per il nostro bambino e ci ha davvero riempiti di ogni premura, dai consigli su negozi e attrazioni presenti sull'isola, fino a donarci un grosso e succoso melone del posto al momento di andarcene. Per ogni vostra piccola necessità potrete sempre contare su di lei. Che altro dire? Ci torneremmo volentieri.
Dieses Ferienhaus kann man nur empfehlen. Die Lage am Hang mit Panoramablick hinunter aufs Meer, abseits vom touristischen Trubel.Eine gut durchdachte Raumaufteilung und -ausstattung, zwei Wintergärten und eine offene, windgeschützte Terrasse machen diese "Villa" zu einem Traum. Besonders zu würdigen ist die stets freundliche Hilfsbereitschaft der Vermieterin
Die bisherigen Bewertungen sind absolut zutreffend - wir haben uns in der Woche sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist vorbildlich und Frau Geitner sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
