Definitely a place to stay
I stayed for several nights before heading for safari. The apartment was just as advertised ... clean, well-appointed, 24 hour security, just across from lovely Company’s Gardens. And Gary “the taxi guy” lives there & can get you anywhere.
Apartment and complex excellant the neighborhood is unsafe. Glad there is security.
Great Apartment in Cape Town
We spent a week in this apartment. We wanted a nice, clean, modern apartment in a central location and it lived up to all that. The apartment itself is exactly as pictured. Everything worked well and was nicely appointed. The complex is very well maintained and very secure. The check in process went smoothly and any questions we had were answered promptly. Katrin is an excellent host and I would definitely recommend this apartment if you want a convenient location from which to explore Cape Town.
Great apartment in excellent location!
We had a brilliant stay here, location was brilliant, just off kloof Street and across the street from company gardens. The red hop on hop off bus stopped right outside.
The apartment itself was modern, clean and well equipped, and was ideal for our first four nights in Cape Town. Katrin was an excellent host and greeted us at the apartment offering advice and directions to local services and amenities. Would stay again and highly recommend to others.

This property is exactly as described and pictured....no surprises. Katrin is a great hostess, and the apartment is clean, spacious, secure, and comfortable. The location is excellent; close to all downtown area attractions, restaurants, and across the street from the Company Gardens. Having parking included is an added bonus. We have no hesitation in recommending this property - a great value.
An Oasis in the City - this newly renovated Apartment with skylines views is on the fourth floor and has a private balcony. The Complex is very centrally located and all amenities from Shops, Gyms, restaurants, Bars, ATM & banks and bus stops can be reached in less than 800m. The Famous Company Gardens are opposite the Apartment block and offers a green sanctuary in the City centre.
5min Walk to Long Street ,Kloof Street, Western Cape High Court, My City Bus Stop, Shops and Restaurants. next to French - & Italian Embassy. 20min Walk to Cape Town Convention Centre. 20min Drive to Airport.
Central City Location. Opposite from National Gallery, Sa Museum, close to French & Italian Embassy as well as Western Cape High Court.
Everything can be easy reached by foot.
