Home away from home - with a creek in the forest but near to the city

A beautiful and very spacious holiday flat in the roof level of a 3-family-house in the middle of the forest. A private street leads to the place, therefore the house is out off the traffic. The road leads to the higher parts of the black forest and then to Baden-Baden or Strasbourg. By car you can reach Freudenstadt city in 3 minutes.
Our own wooden bridge leads over the Forbach creek and leads after some meters to the hiking trail to the Kniebis. In some minutes you reach a camping place and a small quiet lake in the forest,

First Trip to the Black Forest

Lovely well equipped apartment, very spacious rooms not obvious from the pictures. Also toys for our 3 year old little boy to play with which was greatly appreciated. Ideally located for access the Black Forest walking trails, and the local town of Freudenstadt had everything we needed for our stay. Also very grateful for the welcome items left by Iris at the start of our stay. Would highly recommend.

GREAT PLACE, GREAT HOSTS.

We had an excellent saty at This attict in the middle of the Black Forrest (BF), Iris and Peter are outstanding host, upon arrival they were waiting for us, to show us this cute place, well equipped, refrigerator with cold beer and local wine. Clean, well decorated, satelite TV, ground line phone to call all EUROPE (Thanks Peter). Plus washer and drier in the baseman. Freudenstadt, is well located in the center of the BF, makes this an ideal base to explore it. Hiking trails in the back of the house are nice. The apartment is great, cute attic, 3 HUGE bedrooms and 1.5 Bath are great for a family of fous like us, kids had independent bedrooms. Would go back without hesitation.

Magic

It was a bit difficult to find it but this was the beauty of it. The apartment is located in a house deep in the forest. The apartment is well furnished, spacious for a family of 5 and comfortable. 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable living room. Clean, cozy and feels like home. It is well located near Feudenstadt. The magic forest near the house is beautiful – we could spend days hiking or cycling. The land lords are so nice and helpful. Our children loved it. We definitely will return soon!

Spacious and well-equipped holiday apartment

Apartment was perfect and everything was provided - including a welcome pack of food which is great when you arrive late in the day. Beautiful location on the edge of the forest but an easy walk into the town. Garden overlooks the creek and the forest. Lots to do in the area for children. Highly recommended!

I want to offer the perfect holiday flat where everybody feels good. This is the new job for me as a old Charité secretary from Berlin, now living again in the black forest like in my childhood. I have some experience by offering furnished apartments in Berlin for the last 3 years - and each of my tenants felt well...

Why they chose this property

It is ideallly located: quick by car into the city or to the Kniebis, a National Park will be found in the next time. The location is also wonderful. Your dog - if you have one - will adore it.
A garden-green at the front of the house borders on a rushing brook that can constantly be heard depending on the weather. When the snow melts the brook rustles like a river, during summertime it only purls.

What makes this property unique

The living room and the big bedroom are very spacious. TV and music system are brand new with 3D and so on. We have a large garden green direct at the creek with garden chairs and garden beds. You can buy a card for fishing about 10 Euros for 3 days.
