In dreamlike east of the island, with breathtaking panoramic sea views of the open Mediterranean Sea and the neighboring island of Formentera, is a modern holiday home in finca-style with separate guest apartment.

Through the main entrance takes you into the typical Ibizan entrance hall with high ceiling Sabina and direct access to the breakfast terrace and the pool terrace. In the entrance hall, there is also the dining area.

An open arch brings them into the living area with satellite TV and terrace access. Because then there is the spacious, thoughtfully equipped kitchen with a beautiful natural wood counter for chatting. The window displays the sunrise (for early risers).

On the other side of the entrance hall accessed via a small hallway to a large double room (1 x 1,80 m x 2m), again with direct access to the terrace, a single-/double (1 x 1,40 m x 2m) and a shower room. A staircase leads to the upper floor, again with a large double bedroom (1 x 1,80 m x 2m) with stunning sea views, a single-/double (1 x 1,40 m x 2m) and a bathroom with bathtub. Both bedrooms upstairs have air conditioning.

A separate access you will find the spacious guest studio in the basement with a private terrace, bathroom with shower and satellite TV. A small frige offers coffee maker, toaster and fridge. A sofa bed can accommodate a third person.

The view from the pool terrace on the Ibizan landscape and the deep blue Mediterranean Sea, 180 ° sun, from sunrise to sunset. The infinity pool lets the water mirror blurred with the sea horizon. The pool terrace is equipped with eight sun loungers and two umbrellas.

A covered dining terrace ideal for breakfast and offers evening place for a BBQ.

Formentera House is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with oleander, jasmine and Bouganville and is completely fenced.

Pets are negotiable, as far as well-behaved, happy welcome.

Can Morna II, also known as Casa Formentera, is on a 30 000 m² large estate, located about 200 meters also find Can I Morna. This combination also offers larger groups or two families the opportunity to spend holidays together and still enjoy privacy.

San Carlos with the famous Hippy-pub 'Anita' and other restaurants and boutiques is only 5 minutes away by car. For Hippy Market 'Las Dalias' you can get in 15 minutes on foot. Santa Eulalia with all the shopping is 10 minutes away by car. This country hotel 'Can Curreu' near offers spa and excellent cuisine.

In 10 minutes you can reach the beaches: Cala Llenya, Cala Nova, Aguas Blancas, It Figueral, Cala Martina and Cala Pada and Niu Blau.

Schönes Haus, toller Ausblick, spannende Zufahrt

Das Haus liegt wunderbar auf einem Hügel mit 180 Grad Meerblick, nicht weit von Sankt Carlos entfernt. Gut eingerichtet, alles notwendige vorhanden. Sauber.

Spannende ist die Zufahrt über einen teilweise steilen und felsigen Weg. Hier ist ein Geländefahrzeug zu empfehlen.

!Class of its own!

The place is a class of its own. The panoramic view over the sea and bay of Santa Eulalia is indescribable beautiful.

The very well maintained villa and garden makes us enjoy our stay even more.

Hier macht der Urlaub sehr viel Spass

Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet. Der Garten und die Panoramaterrasse ist wie eine Oase mit Meerblick. Diese kinderfreundliche Insel mit ihren nahgelegenen Traum Stränden " Cala Nova " , " Es Figural " , " Cala Lena " und " Aguas Blancas " ist genau das Richtige um einmal unbeschwert den Alltag zu vergessen.

Die sehr nette Hausverwalterin hatte uns an der Kirche von San Carlos mit deutscher Pünktlichkeit abgeholt und zum Ferienhaus gebracht. Übrigens nur 2 Autominuten von San Carlos entfernt.

Gleich bei unserer Ankunft wurde uns klar, wir hatten das grosse Los gezogen. Die Sonnenstrahlen funkelten auf dem Meer und die 180° rundum Aussicht, was soll man sagen, nun sie ist einfach atemberaubend.

Definitiv ein sehr schönes Haus in absoluter Traumlage und sehr durchdachter Ausstattung. Der Hausverwalter und die Agentur ist sehr hilfsbereit, außerordentlich gut organisiert und stehen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.

Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen und würden gern im nächsten Jahr wiederkomme

Einfach super

leider konnte ich unser Anreisedatum nicht angeben. Wir waren vom 11.8.2012 - 18.8.2012 im Haus.

Es war traumhaft schön, super gepflegte Anlage, alles so wie versprochen und besser. Super nette Betreuung durch Susanne. Wir würde gerne wiederkommen.

Eine Anfrage diesbzgl. habe ich soeben per mail verschickt.

Cala Llenya oder Cala Nova

North of Santa Eulalia is the small town of San Carlos, form the center of the attractive fortified church from the 16th century and the opposite Bar Anita. Behind the church there is a new district has settled. Anita's Bar was for decades and is the meeting place of the villagers, exchange place for news and post office. Under the canopy weinbelaubten tastes of Herbes, a Ibizenco anisette, which is set with rosemary and thyme, very well.

Next to the church, a community hall is grown. Here you can find since 1986, formerly a year, now every two years in September, an International Piano Competition held at which not only young pianists from all over Europe, but also from Korea, China, Russia, Argentina, etc. The Greek Princess Irene, sister of the Spanish Queen Sofia has assumed patronage.

About 1 km before the village is Las Dalias, which began as a wagon pub once. Later, a cellar restaurant and a small theater were added. Since Juanito took over the restaurant from his parents, takes place during the season in the beautiful large garden every Saturday a hippie market place, which is considered the most beautiful of the island. On other days there are often live concerts.
