This family-friendly, air-conditioned Beach apartment has internet, tv and is located in a well kept house with elevator in a very nice location with palms and tropic plants. Only 5 meters meters from the sea and beautiful sandy beach with fantastic sea views, community pool and palm garden, centrally located near the city with supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. A car is not necessary. Underground parking on request.

The apartment was 2017 new furnished. It has 2 bedrooms they are equipped with shutters, air conditioning, safe, large wardrobe, sideboard, and a nice bathroom and in addtional a guest WC.

The large sea view balcony is furnished with many comfortable seat places and invites you for a good glass of wine with family and friends. Here you can relax everyday with romantic sunrises and sunsets.

You can see from the balcony until after AFRICA, MOROCCO and the mountains of the SIERRA NEVADA. A gorgeous view. Pure romance !

Modern air-conditioned open plan kitchen with dining area, many practical kitchen appliances, nice dishes and glasses as well a dishwasher. Also from here you can enjoy fantastic views to the sea and beach promenade with large palm grove and tropical plants.

The air-conditioned bright living room is equipped with a comfortable modern sofa, chairs, large wall-mounted TV, modern dinette and nice accessories. Direct access to the large balcony which is equipped with many garden furniture and sun awning.

The well-maintained pool and a large outdoor shower under palms and a always well kept garden with tropical plants is available the whole year for our guests.

The apartment is equipped for up to 4 people + 1 child in a cot till 3 years.

A 5 Person is possible for a small fee in a addition bed/travel bed.

Underground parking space available, please upon request.

FUENGIROLA is a vibrant big city between MALAGA and MARBELLA. The middle of the attractive city can be reached in just a few minutes for a walk to the exclusive and best shops, supermarkets, Bars, Restaurants and discotheques. A car is not necessary.

Around the beach and city there are many animations offered for young and old. Many typical Andalusian "Churinguitos" and bars are located and invite you to linger. Here you can enjoy the best fish and original Spanish tapas. Andalusian pure !

Our property manager inform you about the weekly fruit and flea markets as well as bullfights, festivals and Spanish "FERIAS" they are throughout the year.

The property management wait on the house for to hand over the keys to you. They are multilingual and you can reach them anytime by phone.

Beach Apartment "PALMERA" is located in a well-kept house with large balcony to the sea side. You breathtaking views to the open sea and the beautiful sandy beach. The apartment is centrally located in a prime location directly on the beach promenade.

It is only 5 meters away from the sandy beach and the sea, as well as to the city with supermarkets, shops, discotheques and typical spanish restaurants . A car is not required. On request, we can provide an underground parking available if you arrive by car.

FUENGIROLA is situated between Malaga and Marbella, 15 km west of Malaga airport, which is about 15 minutes drive from the apartment.

Your destination airport is MALAGA. You can easily arrive directly from the airport by taxi, bus or train.

The City has 7 kilometers of maintained beaches: Carvajal, Torreblanca, Las Gaviotas, Los Boliches, San Francisco, Sta. Amalia and El Egido. The city is within walking distance. Supermarkets, bars, restaurants, typical Spanish "churinguitos" and many sporting activities are nearby. A car is not required. FUENGIROLA is a large lively city. Many attractions offer great variety. Several weekly fruit and vegetable markets, flea markets and a large fish market also invite you to stroll. He pasado una semana inolvidable con mi familia en este apartamento. Es muy amplio, está muy bien decorado y tiene unas vistas fantásticas. Está verdaderamente a un paso de la arena.

El apartamento está dotado de instalaciones muy completas que nos han hecho sentir muy cómodos. Desde luego es para repetir.
