Our quiet holiday house is ideally suited for families and couples who want a typical Spanish environment to spend their holidays. The house has a patio that can be used throughout the year. In summer, the Mediterranean vegetation provides shade,, in winter the sun shines in all day long! The living and dining area is comfortably furnished, has satellite TV, wifi, and a fireplace for cozy winter evenings. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped: washing machine, dishwasher and all modern kitchen appliances. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and bathrooms. One of them has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, the other bedroom has two single beds and a separate bathroom. On the second floor there is a protected roof terrace with stunning sea views. A wonderful place for an extended siesta! All rooms face south, so that light and heat come into the house. The spacious garden has a large swimming pool with pools of different depths. Your children will want to spend the entire day the!

Clean, neat home in a wonderful setting.

We were very happy with our accommodations in this property. It is as described with ample parking, close to supermarkets, walking distance to some. The Marbella bus station is about 8 minutes walking distance where taxis are available at all hours, convenient when you don't want to walk or drive to the old city and adjacent sea front. Miguel and Tanya were the perfect hosts making sure we were always comfortable. They gave us many good tips on the area. We discovered some hill towns and other points of interest that made our trip extremely interesting.

Stay here and you will be very happy with your decision.

We spent 5 nights there in April and enjoyed it. The house has everything you need and is very clean and well kept. The owners live at the back of the house and will help you with anything you need, lovely people. The complex is lovely and very well maintained.

Its a good way out from Marbella centre so you need to use the bus. The local bus stop is 2 mins away and the main bus terminal 10 mins.

It took us a lot of understanding and we got lost, luckily the owner helped next day and showed us the bus stops there and back, so i would suggest anyone going gets to grips with the buses before venturing out.

Fantastic, friendly stay

This property is a real home from home, and Tanja and her husband made us feel very welcome. They were on hand to help and answer any questions - but made us feel like we could make ourselves very comfortable during our stay. The roof is a real highlight for sunbathers, as it's completely private. The pool is clean, private and really big. Marbella is a 25 minute walk to old town, but staying just outside the centre meant it was very quiet and residential. There is a big supermarket nearby, and a big kitchen and two eating spaces, outside and in. We both felt very safe, and the house is well equipped with everything for children and very clean. Can't recommend it enough. Not many english channels on tv so you may need to bring your entertainment. Would love to return. Jennifer

Excellent accommodation

Property excellent and just as desribed. Extremely clean and well maintained. Lovely quiet pool and gardens in peacefull area. The owners Tanya and Miguel were very helpful and frequently checked that everything was OK. The house has everything you need.There is a nice courtyard at the front of the property where you can sit and relax or have your meal and a lovely terrace on the 2nd floor of the house with very comfortable sun beds and a beautiful view of the sea. The house is about 25 minutes walk from the old town where there is a lovely ambiance and a lot of restaurants to choose from. Would not hesitate to recommend this property to friends or relatives.

Fantastic! Look no further...

My partner and I stayed in this beautiful Spanish villa for 7 weeks from the beginning of November through to the early part of December 2015. What a fantastic place. First, the villa is well situated being in a quiet residential area and yet only 2 kilometres from Marbella which is in easy reach via local bus service (less than a minute walk). Views from the roof terrace of Marbella and the sea and behind the property the mountains, with the famous ‘La Concha’. Walking distance to the local supermarkets and tennis club.

The villa is beautifully appointed, tastefully furnished; from all kitchen equipment to bedding and towels all garden furniture in the patio garden to sun loungers on the roof terrace. Super-clean, well maintained and newly refurbished. In fact, anything that you could ever want, giving it a huge home from home feel. The villa is not only perfect but is in a wonderful garden setting with central pool surrounded by palm, avocado and lemon trees.

Lastly the welcome given by the owners, Tanja and Miguel, was unsurpassed. Nothing was too much trouble and we even did some local walks in the mountains together!!

I would thoroughly recommend a stay in this villa, you would not be disappointed it has something for everyone, peaceful setting plus the close proximity of Marbella and all that it has to offer. What a wonderful place.

Fantastic property....can't wait to go back!

Had a fantastic holiday in this gorgeous house. It was exactly as described and more, spotless clean, spacious and had everything you could possibly need to enjoy a great holiday, especially the roof top terrace with loungers and the gorgeous terrace. There is a supermaket about 5 mins walk away which is very reasonable for stocking up on supplies. You can walk to the Old Town in about 10 / 15 mins, and the beach in about 20 mins, or there is a regular bus service. Couldn't have asked for a warmer welcome from Miguel the owner, who was more then helpful. Would definetely recommend this property to friends and family. Already planning our return!!

Just a short walk from Marbella's city center, our holiday home is situated in a typical Andalusian urbanization with a lot of Mediterranean vegetation. It is easy to get there by car or bus. The local bus stops at the corner of the next street and takes you to the old town or the beaches, and back. Two minutes from the house there is the central bus station with connections to Málaga airport , to Ronda, Seville, Granada and Cordoba, and towns in the immediate area. You can also walk to the next two supermarkets, two playgrounds, a spacious park, a tennis court and a recommendable restaurant.
