Puerto De Mazarron: Apartment with shared pool, walking, beach nearby, disabled access, terrace, air conditioning, TV. The apartment is on "los Vientos de Rosa" residential area in the prestigious, quiet, near "Isla Plana", a picturesque Spanish village with its own small harbor. It offers stunning views over the bay of Mazarron and is against the backdrop of magnificent mountains.

The luxury apartment has a 80 square meter air-conditioned and spacious accommodation, lounge, kitchen, double bedroom and en-suite shower room, WC and bidet, bunk beds and extra bed in the second room and the second bathroom with toilet covers. The Costa Calida / Murcia

The Costa Calida (The Warm Coast) is the coastal region of Murcia in southeastern Spain. The area enjoys one of the best weather in Spain and the rain is very rare. Moreover, in the region you can visit the wine region Jumilla in the northeast or the northwest Bullas. Both areas are worth a day trip. If you would like to visit nature scenes, you should visit the Sierra Espuña National Park, where you can enjoy hiking, mountain biking, quad biking or just the atmosphere of the flora and fauna. The apartment is located in Isla plan, just at the exit of Puerto de Mazarron, a typical old Spanish port, but also a sea holiday destination for both Spanish families and foreigners alike. Paella is the big favorite here and must be ordered as a rule in advance. For meat eaters there is also a great choice, with pork, chicken and lamb.

The residential area is based on a promontory overlooking the sea built on three sides and has a private access to the beach directly from the superb pool complex. There are two children's pool and a large pool for adults. All are located in eienen beautiful mature gardens. The pool area is exclusively for residents. Next to the pool area and gardens, there is also a tennis court with floodlights. The residential area has a daily concierge and a night security officer. There is ample parking in the area and a private covered parking in the basement is included in the price

The spacious apartment has of air conditioning and heating and an entrance hall, lounge / dining room, separate kitchen, a bedroom with king-size bed (160 cm * 190 cm) and en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and extra bed and the second bathroom is located opposite, which has a large shower cubicle. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
