A beautiful, delightful place to stay

This property is as beautiful as the pictures - a rarity in my experience - and ample for a party of six. The view is sensational, the house is very comfortable and equipped with the best appliances and equipment. The swimming pool is a salt-water pool, so no chlorine. The manager, Birgit Barth, is extremely helpful and was wiling to do what's necessary to make our stay memorable. In my case, she even forwarded articles I had forgotten. There are small coves and lovely little places to swim all along the coast as well as a number of good restaurants, though no "fine dining" places we could find, but we weren't really looking for them, either. The Spar Market in Les Issambres is perfect for most needs and the Geant Casino market in Frejus has anything you would want except vegetarian proteins. If you need those, you'll have to bring them with you. We could find no exchange offices anywhere except St. Tropez and and Frejus, but there is no need for them since there seems to be no problem in using credit cards. Please take note that not all tolls on the autoroute can be paid by American-style credit cards and very few take cash. Many restaurants have at least one person who speaks English, but it's best to speak some French. The best approach to the property seems to be along the route 559 from Frejus/St. Rafael. The route through Sainte Maxime when we were there was slow and tedious. If we ever return to the south of France, we will most definitely try to stay here.

A wonderful holiday

A great venue cared for by the owner's agent "Birgit Bath" who could not do enough for us.

Everything is to hand just as you would expect in your own home. From fresh clean towels to a fully functional kitchen.

All rooms are clean and comfortable and the whole Villa has air conditioning, which is a real bonus as the weather in this part of France can be very hot. We stayed in the last week of October and had at least four days where the temperature reached 22c to 26c.

The pool is an added bonus, clean, warm and quite deep at one end. The views from the pool, kitchen, and balcony are as good as it gets and two of the upstairs bedroom share an extra balcony too.

Another added bonus is the Villa is very secure, being part of a "Gated" community as well as having its own professional security system, which is very simple to use. There is even a safe for your own use, which is invaluable for keeping your passports and money secure.

We loved our week there and probably spent more time at the Villa and around the pool than visiting local places of interest, which only goes to confirm, why this property is so highly recommended by so many who have stayed there.

Perfect villa!!

Our stay at Villa Bellvue was perfect. The villa is a credit to the owners. It is tastefully and thoughtfully decorated and stocked with all you need for a wonderful holiday. The view from the terrace is magnificent and as owners of a boat in the UK, we spent most evenings watching the boats out at sea. The pool is a good size and was fine unheated, except the last couple of days when the winds increased and reduced the temperature. The area is so quiet and the fact that the villa is in a no-through-road means that traffic noise is a minimum. Birgit, who looks after the villa, is charming and very attentive should you need her to do anything. We would happily book for next year if our chosen dates were not already taken. Finding something else that is just as perfect will be hard to do! Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Perfect Holiday

We were traveling to France from Estonia and the minute we arrived it was clear that it is not just another rental property. Very nice location, peaceful and safe neighborhood. In the villa everything is thought about, everything makes sense, everything is in good quality. So the house is very spacious and well equipped. The heated pool has its value of its own. Even persons who usually don't spend so much time in the water swim a lot in this pool, because water temperature is very pleasant. Especially during the spring time, when the sea water is a bit cold yet. Also the very pleasant owners and the local contact person, who in every situation are very considering and co-operative. We had a lovely holiday with children!

A great stay at a wonderful place!

We had a wonderful and relaxing week at this beautiful house.

The location is spectacular and we loved to either stay in the pool, or just sit and watch the 360 view over the ocean.

The house and garden was in perfect condition and excellent kept up, and has all the amendments including a grill that we used several days.

Beach is close by, and was never crowded.

As we came all the way from Norway this was a great trip for us!

We would love to come back soon.

Amazing Costal Retreat

We have a fantastic stay at this sea-side house. The house is positioned on a hill with drop-dead gorgeous panoramic views of the sea that we never tired of. There is also a large and warm pool that is cleaned by UV so chlorine levels are low. Our kids loved it and spent every day in the pool. Overlooking the pool is a lovely deck with a motorized retractable awning which is the primary dining area (there is a full dining room inside if the weather is uncooperative). The house itself is very modern with just about every convenience that you could imagine (tons of ktichen gadgets, new grill, washer/dryer, TV & video games, wifi). In sort then, this is a perfect place to get away from it all and relax in luxurious splendor. However, if you want to get out, there is plenty to do. At the bottom of the hill are restaurants and a lovely beach club. The ferry to St. Tropez is a short drive as is a amusement/water park with go-carts. And you are well positioned for many day trips to historic towns. In sort, this place is great. We'll be coming back soon and hope to make this an annual vacation spot!
